I was 90% certain I wanted the vehicle they had listed. I called and Chris agreed to drive it out to me. He came to my house, allowed me to test drive. No pressure at all. The next day I decided I wanted to move forward. With my tough schedule I didn't know when I could make it into the dealer. Chris offered to get all the paperwork together and deliver the vehicle to me. I've purchased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime and this was definitely the easiest and best! Thanks Chris! More

Well the time had come to replace one of my vehicles. I found the vehicle I wanted online and called the dealer spoke to Christian Bardsley. Christian communications through the process was great no sales pressure either. The support staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Excellent Customer Service with Calvin McCall On October 15, 2016 I took my vehicle in for the standard service at Sanford Infiniti. As my daughter and I waited for the service to be completed we browsed the lot to waste time. We were greeted by a gentleman Calvin McCall who simply asked “Can I help you with anything” I said no, Calvin replied “ok, take your time but if you have any question I’m here to help”. After about 20 min of looking I walked into Calvin’s office with general questions. I can’t example how helpful and kind Calvin was to work with. He made decision to purchase effortless.
