The QX30 being a new entry to Infiniti's line-up, there were questions I had and he made sure I had an answer any time of the day. Robert in the sales department and Steve in finance made the interaction even that much better. We had also visited other dealerships in Lake county -- Audi, Acura, Nissan, Honda -- looking for our new 3-row SUV, but found those dealerships to be lacking. They either treated us as clueless consumers, or ignored us altogether. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Greg was attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable but not a know-it-all, and just overall an easy guy to work with. The same was true of Chris, the sales manager, and Steve, the finance manager. Since we've already owned an Infiniti, we were also familiar with their service department, which is also top-notch. Kian, our service consultant, takes great care of us (in the rare instance our vehicle requires service beyond an oil change). Shopping for a car is stressful in the best of circumstances, but in this case, Sanford Infiniti did everything possible to make us feel like we walked out the door with a super vehicle at a good price. Recommend them highly and without reservation. More

Great sales and office I came into the showroom at the end of December to buy a new vehicle and wasn't sure of what I wanted. I left and went to visit other dealership looking to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted. I came back on the 31st and met with Calvin. Why he didn't tell me to leave and crazy. I went through every vehicle again even putting them side by side to pick my color. He never said a word but "sure". They didn't have the exact one I wanted in stock but he found me one within a few minutes and on the 2nd of January I was the new owner of a 2017 Infinity QX80. It was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought. This is my second Infiniti and I wouldn't own anything else. More
