Calvin & Steve are AMAZING As I mentioned to Calvin, I dislike car dealers and the sales associate because of my previous experience with other dealers and their lack of service As I mentioned to Calvin, I dislike car dealers and the sales associate because of my previous experience with other dealers and their lack of service and horrible sales approach. From the moment I walked in the dealer the front desk representative was inviting and happy with great service. Then I was introduced to Calvin, talk about very humble and down to earth person.. I told him what I wanted and showed him a picture that I had seen online. Calvin quickly advised me on my options and gave me his opinion with such vehicle. Fortunately we then realized that vehicle was in another Infiniti Dealer but I ended up liking more the vehicle that Calvin showed me which even ended up having less mileage. Never once did I feel hustled or pressured into anything. When it came to financing Steve took the lead and once again I was blown away with his level of customer service and most importantly his honesty. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I told him about the time frame I had to make this happen and he took care of everything. Then later we went back to the dealer to get our stuff from the trade in and he took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and made sure we didn't have any doubts left. This is my second car from this dealer and the service is really exceptional. Would recommend it 100% to anyone. More

I initially contacted the dealership in April, in anticipation of new circumstances that made that make sense. From the beginning email, Christian was the ultimate sales professional: asked the right questions, demonstrated patience, etc. I reached out to him several months later, we picked up where we had left off. During a test drive, Christian noted some of the FM presets on my trade-in and used that station to demonstrate the radio on the Q50. Nice touch! There was no objection nor difficulty that Christian did not accept as a challenge to a close, although not in the "Always Be Closing" techniques taught in Sales 101. He handled everything in the best way possible, whole experience was a delight, and all the surprises were upsides. Can't say enough about Christian, his professionalism, and the agency management that would put Christian's style of salesmanship on the floor. Oh, and the car's a delight, too. More
