Exceptional & Noteworthy We did not purchase our 1st Infiniti from Sanford Infiniti but because of their convenient location we've been going to their Service Dept. for many y We did not purchase our 1st Infiniti from Sanford Infiniti but because of their convenient location we've been going to their Service Dept. for many years. When it came time for a new Infiniti it only made sense to give them our business as well. Last night we got a new 2018 QX60 & I find it necessary to leave a comprehensive comment/review behind for the benefit of everyone who should be considering a new Infiniti. Aside from our beautiful & truly remarkable car the entire staff at Sanford Infiniti deserve a standing ovation and special recognition for our wonderful experience. From the pleasant Receptionist, the Sales, the Finance, the Service and right up to the General Manager, all of them greeted & treated us as if we were actually members of their own family. I so highly and without any reservation recommend Sanford Infiniti. They really have put it all together & it's evident that their focus is based on quality of service & customer needs. The showroom was beautiful and inviting. More of a museum atmosphere than anything else. The customer lounge was relaxing and provided for anything that a waiting customer might need. They might as well call it Café Infiniti. The immaculately clean restrooms even provided cloth towels. CLOTH TOWELS folks. 1st class all the way. We couldn't be happier with our decision and would like to praise and acknowledge those involved. Marlee: Receptionist The first impression is always a lasting impression. Both over the phone and in person, Marlee represents Sanford Infiniti with a perfect balance of grace, poise & professionalism. Ken Bridwell: Service The epitome of a Service Advisor. We have never come home from a service appointment without being 100% satisfied. We have never dreaded taking the car in for service because we know that everything is going to go smooth and we don't have to be concerned about a single thing. Whether we need regularly scheduled or special service, we call Ken and we don't worry. Period. Christopher Wilson: Sales Manages a great Sales Dept. & made our lease turn-in go fast & simple. Donnie Fisk: Sales Mix a great attitude with knowledge & personality and you get Donnie. From our first contact over the phone he provided for everything we needed & made absolutely sure that we were both happy with the car, the process & that we understood every little nuance. No stone was left unturned. The epitome of going the extra mile. The Red Ribbon display, the Keys on a silver platter, the indoor garage delivery & the showroom reveal of our new and ready to roll car was icing on the cake. I had to take a picture. I honestly hope he's there for our next car. He's earned our highest recommendation & continued business. Steve Graham: Finance Professional & Efficient. He went far beyond our expectations during the signing process and was helpful in making sure we understood every detail of our contract. Fantastic end game. Sean O'Sullivan: Executive Manager He gave us a personal attention that was not anticipated or expected. It's obvious that Sean is the reason that this dealership is firing strong on all pistons. Leadership & professionalism starts at the top and Sean appears to have ensured that it trickles down to permeate everything and everyone that is Sanford Infiniti. Every department is exemplary in every way. A few years back I needed a special order from at the Parts Dept. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I got the same great customer service there as well. I realize that I've been rambling on and on but I wanted to take a least a few minutes to genuinely express my gratitude to everyone at Sanford Infiniti. The exact car I w My experience with Calvin McCall at Sanford INFINITI was, as I stated in the title, professional and courteous from start to finish. The exact car I was interested in was waiting for me to take a test drive as soon as I arrived. Calvin had begun the paper work in advance and had sent me estimates of the lease prices based on down payment in advance, as well. The lease process went smoothly and he pointed out as many of the features of the car as possible, based on my need to get to another appointment. Afterward, he made two follow up calls in case I had any questions which were not answered in the instructional videos produced by INFINITI and invited me back for more "hand on" training if I chose to. Thanks for a great experience Calvin! I am enjoying my car immensely (and so is my husband!). More
