Great deal on a great car and nice staff I had a surprisingly good experience here. I was not expecting that I would end up buying a car from this dealership, but it all worked out. I started I had a surprisingly good experience here. I was not expecting that I would end up buying a car from this dealership, but it all worked out. I started my search there, looking at a used q60, but it was priced a bit higher than what I wanted to spend and we couldn't work the numbers out. No problem, and I moved on. After the turn of the new year, I checked back about a couple ideas that I had and went in to talk numbers. Arianne, the sales person was great. Totally willing to do anything she could to make the deal happen and probably the nicest sales person you'll ever deal with. She worked with the sales manager Chris, and they put together a deal on a left over 2018 q60 lease that I couldn't say no to. He found 1 of 2 left in the state, got it for me, and had it shipped to our location. The follow up was great as well. Ari helped me with getting the windows tinted and a loaner vehicle so I could get back to work while it was being done. I was genuinely surprised by how well this all went and the car that I got. I'm not the type to say nice things just to say them, nor am I the type to go and fill out a review like this, so you know they had to be deserving for me to do it. Even if you don't buy from them, they are definitely worth talking to for comparison purposes. More

Calvin McCa I recently leased a 2019 Infiniti Q50 from Calvin McCall. This vehicle is my 5th or 6th Infiniti, and my 3rd or 4th from Sanford Infiniti. Calvin McCall was the reason for my last two purchases. Although I had done my homework online (selecting several vehicles in which I was interested), Calvin of course was responsible for ultimately making the deal happen. My Q50 was the second vehicle that he personally has enabled me to acquire. His professionalism is above reproach, and his personality (sense of humor, etc. etc.) made this, and the last, buying experiences very enjoyable and smooth. More

Ease of buying Calvin McCall did what I wanted him to do. Get out of the way and let me find my car. Ended up looking online and found the car and contacted the dealership. Calvin was kind enough to send me several pictures of the car before I got there. I would highly recommend if you have a particular vehicle in mind or if you may want suggestions, Calvin did make me feel comfortable. More

This has been the best car buying experience ever! Luis Bayala is a great asset to the Infiniti company. Very courteous and professional. Luis is the best! Made car buying painless. We called the dealership asking for someone in Spanish. Luis was busy with another customer and was given our contact information. Luis contacted us and we gave him the car information and what our budget was. He told us he would get back with us that he was going to speak with his manager. Called us back and asked us to fill out the application online and he would get back with us. Luis walked us step through step. He would keep us up to date with what was being done. Called us to let us know we were approved. All we had to do was go to the dealership, look over the car to see if we liked it and we signed the papers. Easiest car buying ever!! Thank you Luis!! More

Lease Experience I would just like to say the Calvin McCall is second to none when it comes time to turn in your leased vehicle and roll into a new lease. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. I know I can be difficult, because as most, I want to get a great deal and to leave feeling good and not like I got god taken advantage of. I definitely feel that Calvin took great care of me and made it his mission to get me in the car I wanted at the payments I was comfortable with. I also must mention, Steven Graham, the sales manager. He remembered me from when he was the finance manager 3 years ago. Yes, I am aware there are systems to make notes in about past customers, such as Salesforce, etc., regardless he was also a pleasure to work with. He called me to come in 3 months before my lease was ending and promised not to waste my time. He held true to that and got me into my third lease with Infiniti in a car that I am in love with. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to Infiniti and I hope they will both still be there in 3 years when my Q60 lease is up. I would welcome the opportunity to work with both of them again in a NY minute. Thank you both again for yet another wonderful experience with my third Infiniti lease. More
