Sanford INFINITI resolved water leak in my Q60 Convertible Every since November 2018, I have been dealing with a minor leak occurring in my Q60 2014 convertible. I took it to my usual Infiniti service departme Every since November 2018, I have been dealing with a minor leak occurring in my Q60 2014 convertible. I took it to my usual Infiniti service department (Mall of Millenia Orlando Infiniti) during one of my scheduled visit and made them aware of the leak while the car was still under warranty. From November 2018 - January 2019, they ‘attempted” to have fixed it only for the leak still occurring. I called the service tech, left voice messages for him to follow up with our last “open ticket” visit ..... only to be ignored!! With no return calls......ever! So from that point on, I had to determine what the weather would be to determine if I could drive my convertible or not!! Luckily, I own another vehicle that I drove on rainy days. After chatting w/colleagues about my dilemma, I decided to take further action. I then contacted INFINITI Consumer Affairs to file this complaint. I provided all the needed details and they were able to validate my car leak issue and all of the service dates where the REPAIR WAS ATTEMPTED!! Several times too. The water leak in my convertible was not resolved until I scheduled an appointment w/Sanford INFINITI, I called and wrote their service manager, Scott Barber, to explain my car dilemma, provided him the INFINITI Consumer Affairs case number where I filed that complaint report, etc. When I arrived to Sanford for repair, I was already prepared that this ordeal may take some re-work to get it right! And I was right.. re-work indeed because the OTHER dealership several attempts to repair it was turned out to be a disaster. They had outsourced the water leak repair to a company call “Seek and Seal”. Somewhere between Orlando Infiniti and that outsourced company, the repair work was completely done improperly to say the least! Ken Bridwell welcome me upon arrival and was already spun up on my past issues st the other dealership. And he assured me that they have the specialist technician, Luis ?? who’s an expert w/convertibles and leaks! Wow..... he was right! When I picked my car up yesterday, I water tested the car in a Bay Area and NO MORE LEAKS!! Also, there were the “pillars” around the windshield that had to also be replace (along w/other parts) because the previous dealership glued them back in place!! Bottom line, Scott Barber, Ken Bridwell and Luis ?? were very accommodating, professions, courteous and working hard to make me a satisfied customer (NO COST TO ME). And I will certainly be returning again to do follow-up service work with this location. NOTE: If your Infiniti has a “water leak”, highly recommend you take it to the SANFORD INFINITI because they have IN-HOUSE EXPERTISE! And he knows what he’s doing. Thanks for taking the time to hear my dissatisfaction about one and praises of the other one. More

Jordan and my sales rep Tyrone Brown did for me. I’m particularly impressed that my presence was not required as, I spoke with both of them on the phone and explained what I was looking for and they put together a great deal for me. Due to their customer service and attention to detail, it is my belief that these gentlemen deserve an award for guaranteeing a wonderful sales experience and overall satisfying the customer. More

I knew what I wanted and the color I wanted, however, I hadn’t seen another one since I first spotted it in a mall parking lot one day. I told my husband if I ever got another car it would be that one. Calvin was able to get the exact car in the exact color to the Sanford dealership within an hour. He was the best!! I ended up walking out with a new car that day and it was exactly the one I had wanted! The atmosphere was so relaxed I didn’t feel the rush to leave or the painful experience of wishing I could escape like I’ve had so many other times in other dealers. Thanks Calvin and Sanford Inifinti for the awesome experience!! More

I wanted to get them sooner, so I ordered from Ulyssess Rosario at Sanford. I ordered on Monday at noon and they told me to pick up the next day after 8 AM. WOW! Talk about fast turnaround! When I got there, Mr Rosario mentioned that he had deducted a % off the price to compete with my other source. Again: WOW! I saved money. And I didn't have to wait 10 days for my parts. I'll be back, even w/o a discount. More
