I’ve owned an Infiniti since 2014 and I’ve always had exceptional sales & service with Sanford Infiniti, and it’s what keeps me coming back Customer. The personnel in every department of Sanford Infiniti always demonstrate exceptional courtesy: maintenance/service center, sales, finance – always superior customer service!! Sanford Infiniti has treated me better than any car dealership in my lifetime experience of buying cars. Khanh Khuu is phenomenal. I put in a request for the car I was interested in at 9PM and the next morning at 9AM Khanh was in contact with me. I picked up my new Infiniti at 3:30 PM, not even 24-hours later. I spent less than an hour in the actual dealership, Khanh had completed everything for me. The process was streamlined and hassle free. When I arrived Khan had my car in the show room with a bow. It made the experience really fun and exciting. Thanks so much Sanford Infiniti and Khanh for making me feel like a Queen. More

Today I made it to my scheduled maintenance appointment on time and was happily greeted when I arrived. After verifying the appointment, I took my service dog inside the customer lobby, had a cup of coffee on time and was happily greeted when I arrived. After verifying the appointment, I took my service dog inside the customer lobby, had a cup of coffee, and realized I needed to brush off my non-shedding "Sheepadoodle" dog. As I was brushing him the service manager approached me in an aggressive and angry manner and "ordered" me to stop brushing my dog and to take my dog outside if I wanted to brush him off. He further stated, "I don't mind having your dog in here, but you are spreading dander”. Naturally, the tone and voice inflection, that cannot be well articulated in writing, used by this manager was stern, rude, and directed at me to intimidate me. This manager made me feel like I was one of his employees, and he was attempting to lead me to believe that I am only allowed to have my service dog inside the building "if he allows it". This aggressive and rude conduct comes on the heels of my first trip to this service department approximately two months ago when I had my service dog in that same lobby and that same service manager held two twenty-minute conversations with me and knew well that my dog was a service dog and that he doesn't shed. Ironically, this same service manager treated me with contempt during that visit as well when I had just purchased my Q30 from the Naples dealership and realized the frontend needed to be balanced/aligned. The Naples dealership directed me to the Sanford service department since they (Naples) are four hours away from my home. Once at the Sanford dealership I attempted to explain why I was there and asked that they allow the balance/alignment free of charge based on what Naples Infinity told me/directed me to do. The service manager went out of his way to ensure that I knew that he didn't like helping me, that he didn't agree, and that it was going to cause him problems. 5 hours later he finally agreed and had the work completed but in the process placed me (the customer) in the position of "middle man" to be exposed to internal issues within the business - issues that I don't care to know and don't believe a customer should be made aware of when trying to have service completed. I will not be back to Sanford Infinity and I will encourage any/all that inquire about my car to not frequent or consider this dealership for their purchase and certainly not their maintenance needs. I have been treated poorly before and realize everyone is entitled to a bad day, but the service manager at Sanford Infinity treats his customer/clients as though they should feel lucky to be at his dealership and I am certain his intentions are to use his position within the organization to aggressively push others around. A letter will be mailed to Infinity corporate office. More

Purchased a vehicle from Sanford Infiniti on 12/15. Khanh was awesome to work with! We came to an agreement over the phone and I was at the dealership for 1.5 hours. I purchased a used SUV from Sanford Infinity at the end of September. I had the Bronze Plan the very next day I informed the salesman when he called that there was a transmission problem and I wanted to re of September.
