Upon being greeted by Kahnh’s smiling and friendly face, we experienced a much more elevated standard of care. He was knowledgeable and communicative, asking questions and pointing out key features of the car. The dealership had no ridiculous “market surcharge” due to limited vehicles. Once we decided on a car, he worked quickly and efficiently to finalize the paperwork. All the monthly costs were given to us with no hidden fees or undisclosed taxes. What he said we would pay was the actual price! On top of that, he ended up giving us 20% higher on our trade-in than any other dealer or online service.
