Even though I was a little early for my appointment, they took me right in. The service people were very kind and considerate. The customer waiting area was very nice. Coffee and snacks were available. The p took me right in. The service people were very kind and considerate. The customer waiting area was very nice. Coffee and snacks were available. The purpose of this visit was for a recall notice. When my vehicle was ready they explained that it was a software update. They also vacuumed the front floor and washed it ! My car was involved in an accident in October and as of this review the Nissan body shop has failed to give any indication of any possible time for repairing the car. the parts were ordered according to th this review the Nissan body shop has failed to give any indication of any possible time for repairing the car. the parts were ordered according to them on 20 October any any calls to the dealership leaving messages has gone on without any answers It leads me to think that It Is a bad idea to by any car from any of the Sandy Sansing dealerships If there staff finds it too hard for common respect for customers problems.
