Limited vehicles on the lot but we were on a tight timeline to find a new car. During purchase process which took several hours we were not offered any refreshments, water etc. Day after the sale we h timeline to find a new car. During purchase process which took several hours we were not offered any refreshments, water etc. Day after the sale we had a question about the paint work on the vehicle and were told by the salesman “the deal is done” suggesting they would not resolve the issue since we had already paid for the car. Car was not clean inside when we purchased it and had to bring it back a couple of days later. It took 3 hours to clean it. Not a great post sale experience. More

I walked into the dealership this morning already disappointed because I had been disappointed up until the point that I walked into that door. I must say as soon as Andrew saw me he greeted me and h disappointed because I had been disappointed up until the point that I walked into that door. I must say as soon as Andrew saw me he greeted me and he spent the rest of the day making sure that I was taking care of. I don't care what anybody else says about Sandy Sansing I am 100% impressed I am so pleased and I would recommend them to anyone I give them five stars I would give them ten Stars if they were available great job everyone there was a mazing everyone was friendly I am so overjoyed and I think God and I hope that God blesses each and every employee at Sandy Sansing.
