I had a malfunctioning window and I brought it in to get it fixed. Nobody wants to have their window stuck in the down position in Florida during the summer. They said they would squeeze me in the next day it fixed. Nobody wants to have their window stuck in the down position in Florida during the summer. There was even talk about charging me for the time they had my vehicle in the shop. In the end they did not charge me, but they couldn’t fix the problem. I expected more from professionals at a dealership. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer over the years and have never ran into this situation. Over all their service has been excellent, but I was disappointed this time.I am still left with the problem. More
