I was looking for a work truck that was not going to cost too much and I found a Ford F-150 on the Sansing Nissan web site. I called and talked to Pete, but I wasnt sure yet. I looked arround at some other too much and I found a Ford F-150 on the Sansing Nissan web site. I called and talked to Pete, but I wasnt sure yet. I looked arround at some other places but I kept coming back to look at the F-150. Pete was patient with me and didnt pressure me at all even after I looked at it for the 4th time. Pete was able to get me financed even though my credit is less than perfect and worked with me on the price and now I own a great truck. I will check here again when I need another vehicle More

I contacted the dealership online two weeks ago about a 2007 Dodge Caliber because it appears to be a very nice car and is within my price range. I did an inquiry and filled out the online credit applicati 2007 Dodge Caliber because it appears to be a very nice car and is within my price range. I did an inquiry and filled out the online credit application. The following afternoon I received a phone call from Mike who wanted to know what he could help me with. I told him about the car and that I had filled out the application. He said he wasn't aware of that and that he would call me back later after he reviewed it. He called back approximately two minutes later and said that they probably wouldn't be able to help and to call them back if I could get a loan from somewhere else. At first I thought nothing of it (I am well aware that my credit is less than perfect), but then I realized he didn't ask me any of the standard questions like employment history, if I had money for a down payment, if I was going to trade in a car, etc. So I called back the following Monday (March 21st) and spoke to a sales representative by the name of John (if I remember correctly). I told him about the previous experience which he apologized for and we went over my application again but this time included my income, down payment, trade-in, etc. He seemed very nice and I was glad that someone seemingly wanted to work with me. After taking all of my information he said he would get back with me as soon as he could. It is now Friday, March 25th, and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I find it disheartening and very disappointing that a dealership would treat someone like this with the car buying experience being as difficult as it is. I understand that it is difficult to find financing for people with less than stellar credit but I think we still deserve an answer either way and most importantly, the same respect we give them. If you aren't wealthy, have less than perfect credit, and believe that buying a car should be a smooth and exciting experience, I WOULD NOT recommend contacting Sandy Sansing Nissan for any of your car buying needs.
