My overall experience with dealer was great! My salesperson Cindy McCraney has the patience of a saint. Post-sale she arranged for my paint sealant, etc. applications and made my first service appt. She also arranged for mechanic to assist me with operating my phone while driving (using voice only)since found could not use touch screen when driving. Emory Shelley Gen. Mgf. was very helpful in my getting an item from my car traded-in. Keith Hunt was very efficient and pleasant as financial rep. To date, I have had no need to bring my Murano in for service. I am truly a satisfied customer of Sandy Sansing & Co. More
Let me start by saying that for a good 6 weeks I had already been looking to purchase a vehicle. I went into this knowing that I had so, so credit and to top it off to show a history of "verifiable" inc already been looking to purchase a vehicle. I went into this knowing that I had so, so credit and to top it off to show a history of "verifiable" income would prove difficult because I was in transition between working for the company and becoming partner in the company hence a new pay increase that had just happened. I had the down payment but to get financed I found seemed to be a problem for everyone!!! To be honest...I was on my last Friday of "looking" for anything...I had almost given up and given in to the fact that I would just have to wait 6 more months so that I had history of verifiable income. I came home exhausted from getting the run-around from just about every salesman around and hearing "oh, you need to look at something smaller, older, compact car, need a much greater down payment, and on and on. I got on my computer, looking for a Nissan Xterra (I had wanted one in 2001 when I purchased my Suzuki but that was truly just a wish then...)I came across a 2004 Xterra with I think 69 or 68,000 miles on it, emailed Sandy Sansing about it (figuring that I would get the same thing I had been receiving from all the other car dealers....talk a good game, get me to take off a day from running my business to drive from Alabama to Florida just to jerk me around and come back home with Nothing!!!) Shortly after my email and I mean shortly....I received a call from Mike Murray at Sandy Sansing. First thing out of his mouth the car you were looking at already has a down payment on it etc :(....Of course I thought but then he followed this with but I do have a 2008 with 39,000 miles on it that we just got traded in and I think we can get you in it. My jaw dropped....I had to pinch myself. So I gave him the information that he needed beyond what I had already given via the online application. Then I get a call on the same day from Mike again....telling me okay we have a bank that will finance but I would have to call the bank to verify some info and do a short interview. Mike gave me the lenders number, called them interviewed about 10 maybe 15 minutes, called Mike back and let him know. The next call I get from Mike he is asking me when would be a good time for me to come over and drive the car and when I do he needed a few other pieces of info from me. So all of this back and forth took place on a Friday...for my work schedule Saturday, Sunday and Mondays are not good. So I came in Tuesday...Met Mike for the first time and he says "Let's go take the Xterra for a test drive." (Now mind you I in the back of my mind am waiting for "the catch"..."the one little problem")...I take the car for a test drive and it drove beautiful looked absolutely gorgeous "like brand new". Came back to the dealership and we sat down at one of the lobby desks and he asked for the additional info he had requested, I gave it to him, the next thing I know I am walking into Chris Cuevas's office (Chris is what I will call the finance guru:)...He ran through the Certified Vehicle bumper to bumper warranty, all the finance paperwork etc and before I knew it I had just bought my "close to new", beautiful, well maintained 2008 Nissan Xterra. Couple of side notes: Sandy Sansing lists the Carfaxes for their vehicles on line....love it not everyone does....I knew exactly how this car was maintained etc before I ever went to see it. Second, one Nissan rep came up to me in the lobby offering me something to drink etc....why does this matter, well for me...I run a company and I think that customer service goes much farther than just selling someone on a product...customers want to feel as though they truly matter and these people at Sandy Sansing definitely do that. While I was sitting at the table, again had a gentleman ask me if anyone was helping me....I had to take a second glance it was Mr. Sansing himself....and again I run a business and my customers see me in and out everyday working along side my crew...That matters!!! Sandy Sansing was absolutely, without a doubt one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. More

these two men went over and above with the service I received. Got much better deal than I expected.I went in looking to hopefully get the cheapest model available and came away with the best available, received. This is my 3rd Nissan from this dealership and have always had a positive experience. The Sales Consultant Dane took the time to go over all points of the Altima, I drove off with today. Great customer service in all areas. They were extremely courteous and helpful when we brought our vehicle in for service. They displayed the same attitude when we traded our vehicle in for a Nissan Quest. courteous and helpful when we brought our vehicle in for service. We had no plans to buy a new car, however, Sid Carr met us out in the lot as we were driving around, and told us he could beat the rate our bank had given us AND get us in a new car.
