Sandy Sansing really does know the meaning of true customer service. I was very clear when I spoke to Cindy on the phone of the bad experience that I have had at other dealerships in town and she assu customer service. She was wrong....I had a great experience. She was patient, she listened and she was knowledgeable about the product. When all other dealerships were rude, talked down to me or assumed that due to my credit score that I was a not worthy of their time, Cindy sent an email blast and saved my day. If they would have taken the time to have listened to me they would have known the situation. I thank Ms Cindy and Brian for going the extra mile and getting me approved. I will absolutely recommend this dealership and most importantly Ms Cindy to everybody that I know. More

I HONESTLY THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO BE TURNED DOWN BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE GOOD CREDIT, AND I'M SELF EMPLOYED. I HAVE ALWAYS DEALT WITH BUY HERE PAY HERE WE RIP YOU OFF HERE KIND OF CAR LOTS. BUT MS. CINDY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT SHE COULD HELP IF I BROUGHT IN SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, SO I DID STILL THINKING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE TURNED DOWN. IT WAS LATE IN AFTERNOON WHEN I TOOK HER THE PAPERWORK. SHE TOLD ME TO GIVE HER SOME TIME TO WORK ON IT. SHE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I'M OFF TODAY BUT I HAVEN'T FORGOT ABOUT YOU,THAT ALONG REALLY PLEASED ME BECAUSE THAT NEVER HAPPEN. SO TODAY ON 3/16/2012 I GOT THE CAR I WANTED I GOT THE PAYMENTS I WANTED AND I WAS VERY VERY VERY PLEASED WITH MS. CINDY AND THE WORK AND TIME SHE PUT INTO HELPING ME. My husband and I went to Sandy Sansing Nissan last weekend and bought a beautiful 2012 Nissan Murano. Ryan Bolster was a great help from start to finish! He was a joy to deal with because he was very down to earth, honest, and professional. He got us the price we were looking for, without haggling, and was very easy to talk to. He went above and beyond by going to the back lot (new cars not yet on the main lot) in the pouring rain to get a different colored model for me to look at. He was soaked, but was only concerned that I got my perfect color! I will definitely recommend Ryan to anyone I run across that needs a car! More
Cindy was really good. She went beyond to get me the price my husband wanted to pay for the car. She even shined up the car so there were no waterspots on it when I picked it up. I dealt with a salesman named Peter in the internet department. Peter was very responsive and accommodated all my questions, no matter what they were. Peter and Sand Sandsing Nissan are not part of the department. Peter was very responsive and accommodated all my questions, no matter what they were. Peter and Sand Sandsing Nissan are not part of the USAA Car buying service, however they honored the USAA pricing. Peter didn't do any of the sales tricks and was very straight forward with the price, options and what he could and could not do. Dont listen to the competing Nissan Dealers in the area, because they say they can beat Sandy Sansing's prices which they did not. If looking for a Nissan and you are military, retired military and/or a member of USAA, I recommend emailing or calling Peter. More
My husband and I had an awesome experience purchasing a vehicle at Sandy Sansing Nissan! We originally visited the dealership because they had several used 2011 GMC and Chevy SUVs that we were interested i vehicle at Sandy Sansing Nissan! He showed us a few of the vehicles and then we went into the show room to discuss prices. When we got inside they were advertising some amazing pricing on thier new nissans. So we decided to test drive a new Nissan Rogue. My husband is military so we qualified for Nissan VPP. Even though the discount was quite substantial, we ultimately decided to stick to our original plan of buying a used 2011 with low miles. We picked out a Chevy Equinox with only 3k miles. Keith and the rest of the staff worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted. I really felt like earning our business was a high priority to them. We never once felt pressured. I am so thrilled with our purchase and I love my new car. I highly recommend Keith and Sandy Sansing Nissan for both new and used vehicles! More
Customers Beware! The Nissan Service Department charges very high prices and is very in-flexible. They try to sugarcoat their pricing with their "friendly" service. Just to have them look at your vehicle costs you $95, even if you decide not to get the work done (probably because you'll be able to get it done for a lower price somewhere else). Their service invoice states what can happen if you dispute your bill. The invoice states how they could go to the clerk of the court to file a lien against you, go to a collection agency, etc and the invoice you must sign states that you agree to pay all these court and attorney fees. I have purchased two Nissans from Sandy Sansing, but my last experience at the service department was so frustrating that will not do busines with this dealership again. Now I go out of town to get my vehicle serviced when the repairs can only be done by a Nissan-certified dealership. More
