purchased a new 2013 altima and as soon as driven off lot car had a wind noise. after another 2 weeks the transmission began slipping and shuddering. i bought this car on 10-6-12 and you had this car for 17 car had a wind noise. after another 2 weeks the transmission began slipping and shuddering. i bought this car on 10-6-12 and you had this car for 17 days, a new transmission had to be installed. i have asked many times to be contacted by mr sansing , mr addington or ms gray. to this date none of them has contacted me. your GM stated to me this is not our problem its a nissan problem the only thing we will do is trade you as a used car , let your new car go lemon law and we don't owe you a thing. this car is brand new all i want is a new car not one that has been torn apart with 500miles on it. i am sorry but i paid sandy sansing the money for a new car not nissan and for you not to stand behind the products you sell is unacceptable to me. i will tell everyone i come in contact with of the way my wife and i have been treated at your dealership. consumer beware of bad bussiness practices by this dealer. We have had nothing but problems with this dealership since our purchase. First, the car was not detailed prior to us taking the car per our requests. Then we were given the run around when we requeste since our purchase. First, the car was not detailed prior to us taking the car per our requests. Then we were given the run around when we requested it be done when we brought it in for service. We purchased the maintenance plan and were charged for an oil change and tire rotation. When we called back up to the service department to tell them we should not have been charged, we were informed that it was our fault that we paid for it and we should have said something to the employee about the existing maintenance plan. My wife, myself, and her family will NOT ever do business with Sandy Sansing and will pass the word among our friends, extended family and co-workers to avoid going to Sandy Sansing at all costs. The dealership had a reasonably large selection of the model we were looking for. They did not try to "talk" us into an upgrade, but found the exact vehicle we wanted. The price was good. Single mom needed a car, and I went to Sandy Sansing Nissan. Worse mistake ever. The car has obviously been in an accident and has a gap on the passenger side door, I didn't notice this on the test driv Nissan. Worse mistake ever. The car has obviously been in an accident and has a gap on the passenger side door, I didn't notice this on the test drive as I was driving, not riding in the passenger seat. I called and called, never got a return call. I was told the high pitch squeal from the brakes were because they were metallic brakes. They didn't tell me the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. The car also has a busted motor mount, and a tire going bald on the outer side. This does not make me feel safe to drive my child around. I wish I had read reviews of the dealership first. More
