This is the 7th Nissan we have purchased. We always feel comfortable dealing with the sales staff and service department. The sales staff know the vehicles and work hard to give us a fair deal. We are a elderly couple that wanted a new car to travel between Abilene Tx. and Pensacola Florida to see grand babies. We agreed on a price and with both having 800 credit scores they offered us 2.9% fina between Abilene Tx. and Pensacola Florida to see grand babies. We took the deal and went in the Finance office where they start handing us paper to sign. The finance guy kept tell us that we are getting 2.9% interest rate . we signed the contract and left with our new car. We took our first trip to texas and almost died!!! The versa was all over the road!! Every time the wind blew or a large truck passed us the car went out of control. We took the car back to Sandy Sansing 5 day after we bought the car with 1200 miles on it and explained the problem. Their reply was is not a highway car!! I paid $20,000 dollars for a car that can not be driven on the highway!!!! I told them why I was buying the car...They offered us $14,000 for the car. We lost $6000.00 in 5 days. We traded up to the Sentra and wrote a check for $6000.00 dollar loss. When we looked at our paper work Versa from the bank finance guy change the rate to 3.9% ....we agreed and signed the original contact for 2.9% but when we left changed to 3.9% interest raet and kept the 1% for himself. That is stealing!!! Sandy Saning Nissan can not be trusted and they are crooks!! they pray on people that do not know all the tricks of the trade!!! Be Warned.Unfortunately the used sales team failed on all levels during my purchase experience this summer. I guess they really "got me" because they have my money now anyway. I purchased a used 2007 pathfin levels during my purchase experience this summer. I guess they really "got me" because they have my money now anyway. I purchased a used 2007 pathfinder on 28JUL12. They owed me $1,000 dollars on my trade in, a check I did not receive until 3 months later on 14NOV12. The dealership claimed they didn't have the Title of my trade-in and wouldn't finalize the deal until they had it in hand. As it turns out, it was sitting in their office in a desk drawer. Additionally, the tires on my pathfinder turned out to be bad because speeds in excess of 60mph resulted in violent shaking. The assistant used manager Donny cut me a discounted price on a set of new tires a week after purchase when I brought the car in to have the tires checked out. The discounted deal magically was erased from all records and the used management team forgot about it by the time I got the $1000.00 check to be able to afford the tires. What hurts the most is my salesman Kieth remembered the deal himself and the management team still wouldn't stand by their original offer. Regretfully, my day ended in a verbal disagreement with the manager where I was educated on "how the real world" works, I was also accused of making up the discount agreement in the first place. As a side note: My experience with Stephanie and her office was pleasant and professional.I'm a young guy that learned the hard way. Trust no one and get everything in writing. Especially at Sandy Sansing Nissan. There is no honor or respect here. Cant imagine business practices at the other Sandy Sansing dealerships are any different.There is a dealership in Mobile, AL. It is only 40 minutes away. I recommend you try there if you must purchase a car from a Nissan dealership. More

After recieving an offer from this dealer, to get me into a new used car was mailed to me I read it and tossed it, knowing I had a bankruptcy from '09 and they probably couldn't help me. However they persisted by calling me on the phone a month later, and telling me they truly thought they could get me into the car of my choice. I made an appt with little hope and holding myself in check so I wouldn't be dissappointed, when it didn't happen for me. I checked the website the evening before my appt and found a 2 y/o Subaru Forrester and fell in love with it. The price was incredible and my 13 y/o Subaru Outback was on it's last legs. I vowed that I would print this ad out and take it with me and tell the salesman from the start that I wasn't interested in any other car. It was the Subaru or nothing. That was when I first met Ben Brooks and found a nice affable, friendly young man with a professional attitude that said: "Well Susan, if that's the car you want and it's still here I see no reason why we can't work toward getting you that car". And he did! No hassle no gimmicks no bait and switch, just a straight forward honest great deal! I test drove it and drove it off the lot about 2 hours later and was dumbfounded that I was driving this wonderful new used car. It might not have been a Nissan, there were actually a few of those I saw that I liked too, but I am a die hard Subaru owner since the early eighties. I will absolutely go back to Sandy Sansing in the future and my roommate is looking for a new vehicle and says he may just go there as well. The BEST experience at ANY dealership I have EVER had in my life! More
They used deception in order for me to drive 90 miles to their dealership. Then on top of that Mike Cessna was extremely rude with a domineering and provokeing attitude.
