I had just purchased a vehicle from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet from Cheeko Santana and Vinny Plaus which was by far the best experience I have had as far as sales are concerned. Today I have had the car Chevrolet from Cheeko Santana and Vinny Plaus which was by far the best experience I have had as far as sales are concerned. Today I have had the car less than 5 mnths and the car just completely quit on me on 12/3. I had the car towed to the Service Dept and was called the next day by DeWayne he was very nonchalant on the phone didnt seem to care much and advised me that he would call me back once he figured out the issue. Today is 12/10 and I have YET to recieve a call from DeWayne who is supposed to be my technicial. Ive had to call EVERYDAY and he is either off or "not in the building" and was promised a return call and have yet to recieve one. I did finally get word after I reached out to Cheeko that my entire engine had to be replaced and Nissan would cover it. Great, but what am I supposed to do as a working single mother to get to work. I exhausted every penny I had to get a rental because I was told that I could get a rental from Enterprse thru them for $25/day on a Saturday and couldnt get one due to the place being closed!!! NOw today since I have no additional funds to pay fro a rental I must turn it in and pray that I can find a way to work until Sandy Sansing DECIDES to let me know when my car will be done or at least have a heart and loan me a vehicle due to the fact that the issue is NOT my fault. I asked when my car would be done and couldnt get an answer, today I was advised that Dewayne would call me back once again and its 6:06 PM and I still haven gotten a call and the service department closed at 5:30. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Sandy Sansing, I will NEVER get my car serviced my Sandy Sansing ever again!!! I work for one of the biggest employers in Pensacola and I will be sure to let everyone I come in contact with know how horrible Sandy Sansing's Service Dept is and to NEVER purchase from there because it isnt worth it, no matter how good their salesmen are. More
Dealer & then office manager tried giving us a monthly payment for a 20 grand car which was equivalent to a 30 grand car. Discounts, trade in and very low interest rate applied. This is the 7th Nissan we have purchased. We always feel comfortable dealing with the sales staff and service department. The sales staff know the vehicles and work hard to give us a fair deal. We are a elderly couple that wanted a new car to travel between Abilene Tx. and Pensacola Florida to see grand babies. We agreed on a price and with both having 800 credit scores they offered us 2.9% fina between Abilene Tx. and Pensacola Florida to see grand babies. We took the deal and went in the Finance office where they start handing us paper to sign. The finance guy kept tell us that we are getting 2.9% interest rate . we signed the contract and left with our new car. We took our first trip to texas and almost died!!! The versa was all over the road!! Every time the wind blew or a large truck passed us the car went out of control. We took the car back to Sandy Sansing 5 day after we bought the car with 1200 miles on it and explained the problem. Their reply was is not a highway car!! I paid $20,000 dollars for a car that can not be driven on the highway!!!! I told them why I was buying the car...They offered us $14,000 for the car. We lost $6000.00 in 5 days. We traded up to the Sentra and wrote a check for $6000.00 dollar loss. When we looked at our paper work Versa from the bank finance guy change the rate to 3.9% ....we agreed and signed the original contact for 2.9% but when we left changed to 3.9% interest raet and kept the 1% for himself. That is stealing!!! Sandy Saning Nissan can not be trusted and they are crooks!! they pray on people that do not know all the tricks of the trade!!! I wonder how many people they change the interest rate on... More

Be Warned.Unfortunately the used sales team failed on all levels during my purchase experience this summer. I guess they really "got me" because they have my money now anyway. I purchased a used 2007 pathfin levels during my purchase experience this summer. I guess they really "got me" because they have my money now anyway. I purchased a used 2007 pathfinder on 28JUL12. They owed me $1,000 dollars on my trade in, a check I did not receive until 3 months later on 14NOV12. The dealership claimed they didn't have the Title of my trade-in and wouldn't finalize the deal until they had it in hand. As it turns out, it was sitting in their office in a desk drawer. Additionally, the tires on my pathfinder turned out to be bad because speeds in excess of 60mph resulted in violent shaking. The assistant used manager Donny cut me a discounted price on a set of new tires a week after purchase when I brought the car in to have the tires checked out. The discounted deal magically was erased from all records and the used management team forgot about it by the time I got the $1000.00 check to be able to afford the tires. What hurts the most is my salesman Kieth remembered the deal himself and the management team still wouldn't stand by their original offer. Regretfully, my day ended in a verbal disagreement with the manager where I was educated on "how the real world" works, I was also accused of making up the discount agreement in the first place. As a side note: My experience with Stephanie and her office was pleasant and professional.I'm a young guy that learned the hard way. Trust no one and get everything in writing. Especially at Sandy Sansing Nissan. There is no honor or respect here. Cant imagine business practices at the other Sandy Sansing dealerships are any different.There is a dealership in Mobile, AL. It is only 40 minutes away. I recommend you try there if you must purchase a car from a Nissan dealership. More
