no key fob I bought a 2012 rogue in September. I didn't know it has alarm . the car was sold with no keyless entry. So periodically the alarm goes off without an I bought a 2012 rogue in September. So periodically the alarm goes off without any way to turn off when I bought this to the dealers attention they wanted to selle one for 150 and then charge 130 to program it!! Really will not get a car from them again!! More
Labor charge for service department I feel was Outrageous Took 2008 Altima in for what would seem minor issue, door latch not working. Dealership kept vehicle for two and a half days and charged nearly $500 ( Took 2008 Altima in for what would seem minor issue, door latch not working. Dealership kept vehicle for two and a half days and charged nearly $500 ($497.25) to replace the door latch assembly. Labor charge alone was $325.00. Invoice did not show actual time breakdown to verify time spent on the repair and the dealer could not produce the old part upon request. Purchased two vehicles from dealer and have used them for all service issues up to now. Needless to say will not purchase another vehicle from them and will certainly not return to the service department ever again. More
Service Department I came into have my battery replaced on a vehicle I had purchased there just over two years there. I called in and spoke with Tera who has always been I came into have my battery replaced on a vehicle I had purchased there just over two years there. I called in and spoke with Tera who has always been kind and professional, she was able to have me stop by just a few minuets later to have it replaced. When I got there, John the service manager, explained that my warranty had expired and that I would have to purchase a new one. I went ahead and purchased it and had it replaced at a generous price but they also went ahead a put air in my tire which I was going to do on my way out. Thank you Tera and John it will always be a pleasure to continue coming by with people such as yourself working there! More
