I love the review and the end of the service that I get. They let me know what will be coming up, what is almost at the point that it needs to be replaced. And don't you know.. in about two weeks I get a coupon in the mail. Love my Nissan Family, they take great care of my vehicles. Customer service is fast and efficient. I'm always greeted with a smile. Cost .... is great value for what I need. (and coupons and maintenance plans are great additions) More

Mr Skipper is usless I had an issue that was eventually resolved by John in the Service Department, but when I asked to speak to Mr. Skipper so I could inform him of the i I had an issue that was eventually resolved by John in the Service Department, but when I asked to speak to Mr. Skipper so I could inform him of the issue so another customer wouldn't run into the same problem, Mr Skipper refused to come out of his office to speak with me. I ended up informing Mrs. Manning who was very apologetic about the problem. I have no use for a Department Manager who just wants to tell him of an issue in their department and when I look in his office, he's sitting there looking around at the walls. We bought 3 vehicles from this Dealership last year alone to get this kind of service. It was at the Nissan Service Department. More
