Dont trust the sales staff Lies, all they are concerned with is the sale and not you the customer. I bought 5 new vehicles from this dealership and I will never buy another. The list is too long to list everything but sales, TJ is the salesman, lies and then when I called to talk to him he never returned my call. So I went up there and I could have knocked him over with a feather when he seen me. Service had me there for 4 hours to do a simple oil change that I had a appointment, that's not even acceptable even if you just drive up. F&I sat on my paperwork when I cancelled my extended service for 3 months so the salesman wouldn't get a charge back after I traded my truck at another dealership in Alabama. By the way it's not a long drive to go to Daphne Al and they saved me a lot of money. I've left messages for Sandy on several occasions and not a single return call, I didn't expect him to call but he could've delegated someone to call. I guess my almost $200,000. In the last 10 years isn't needed so I will take it elsewhere. More

treated like criminals My fiance and i went to sandy sansing looking to buy a used car in which we found an 2012nissan maxima my fiancee loved the car right off the batt.we My fiance and i went to sandy sansing looking to buy a used car in which we found an 2012nissan maxima my fiancee loved the car right off the batt.we wanted the car but we also understood that our credit was not so good.we had a 2004 dodge Dakota sport worth $3000 and $1000 cash.the online price of the car was $22,000 we spoke to the salesman and came up with an agreement for the price and monthly payments but when we go to sign the papers we were getting charged $2000 more for the car and half the price of what my trade in was worth so the financial guy comes in and said the bank charges them a fee but they would have to eat the fee from there every thing seem to be where we needed to be signed the papers took the car home two days later we were told the monthly payments has to go up $130 a month and the apr is almost double we cant afford that so we go to return the car and get our $1000 and truck back and were told there keeping our $1000 and when my fiancee left the dealership with our dodge Dakota the speedometer will not work and the truck will not get over 1500 rpms which left my fiancee,10and 4 year old daughters stranded 10 miles from the dealership.DO NOT BUY FROM SANDY SANSING NISSAN. More
