bad experience trying to buy a new truck Went to dealership last Friday. Salesman was Jason Lohmiller, also dealt with Diminic Fazio, one of sales managers. We wanted a 2016 Nissan crew cab D Went to dealership last Friday. Salesman was Jason Lohmiller, also dealt with Diminic Fazio, one of sales managers. We wanted a 2016 Nissan crew cab Desert Runner in LAVA RED. The internet sales lady told us they had one. Did not, it was a King Cab. Dominic agreed to find one and have it trucked to their dealership. We were tricked into paying a $500.00 " security deposit", which is listed on purchase off as a down payment. Today Dominic calls to tell us he has found the truck, but it has 200+miles on it. We were adamant when we made the deal that had to be trucked. The result is that dealer still has our $$money And we had taken out a loan with NFCU to buy the truck. Dominic said the truck he found was in Louisiana. I called Supreme in Slidell as they have the exact same truck in stock. Also called dealer in Covington, same story. It appears that Dominic wants to have someone drive the truck and try to sell to us with the miles on it. Unacceptable. What is sad is this would have been the FIFTH nissan truck I bought from Sandy Sansing. Guess I wiil have to take road trip to Slidell. (My son lives in Mandeville, so go by there anyway!) Will try again tomorrow to get my money back, before I cancel this transaction with my bank. More
Destoyed my credit when I walked away from a deal! I realize the hard way to never give my credit information to a dealer again. This caused my credit to drop so low that I cannot buy a car somewhere else. I made it clear to the salesman what I could afford and he kept calling me back with the same deal. My family and I will never do buisness with Sandy Sancing again. More
bought car in good faith! granddaughter sick from an overwhe Leased a 2015 towards end of August 2015. My the car had awful odor Which I took to be the strong very strong new car smell. My 3 year old granddaughter who lives with me and I take care of full time is in the car 98% of the time. The first day she was in the car she started throwing up. Keep in mind, she had never thrown up in any other cars in the family or friends ever. This started happening every few days then it came Every other day and then it became every week I finally took her to the doctor 2 weeks ago her eyes were all inflamed underneath she had been vomiting every day in the car getting out of the car from the minute she stepped in the car. The doctor told me to get her out of that car she was having some type of reaction to some chemical compound. They gave me a temporary loaner car until they could sort it out, she never was sick again 8 days now. Tried calling them for a week, it took them over a week to even talk to me And no one had done anything until I threatened to call the channel 3 news department to come out and do a story on This situation Because new car smells and odors from cars imported from Korea can make you sick. Do your research on the internet you'll find many many stories on that. Now they are Telling me that they're going to give me $19,000 on a car thats 5 or 6 weeks old and has no more than 800 miles on it they took off $3,000 for depreciation And Are going to do nothing about the car other than put some humidifier odor Buster thing in there overnight. The people that I came in contact with are total. Corporatebuffoons, Not one care about my granddaughters health Or future health for that matter, because we really don't know what in the car is making her sick also, beware of jackie grey if you have a problem, total and typical corporate robot, Who seems to be the boss of many of the people around there and she's a total corporate xxxxxx. These people do not give a care about child welfare or about a person's experience buying a car. But I tell you all if I were you, I would never buy a car from the sansing stores I don't care if it's own by the good sandy Sansing he does not know what's going on here This car is made my granddaughter sick. And its not motion sickness, as she has never been sick in a car in her life until after 15 minutes of being in this new car that's when it started. that's when it ended, when we took her out of it. Day 8, NOT VOMITING. Buyer beware!! Disappointed is not even the word.They will not help you Don't pretend to help you but they do nothing but backpedal on what they say to prior And then they all get together and have a meeting and then they say they didn't say something. We have chosen to get our own attorney and to call the news stations. If you have young children and there's a funky smell in the car get your children out it will make them sick. BEWARE OF THE ROGUE!! Most of them are manufactured in Korea and there are no regulations on Emissions, and the type of plastics and materials used. This was told to us by a company who tests vehicles. He also offered to test our car. Its expensive, but worth it. Shame on you SANDY SANSING AND PARTNERS. More

It shows that he not only cares about your company but he also cares about your customers . The two young ladies that checked me out were so pleasant and when I asked if I could fill up my water bottle they also offered me a snack. Now that's what I call great service !! More
Dont trust the sales staff Lies, all they are concerned with is the sale and not you the customer. I bought 5 new vehicles from this dealership and I will never buy another. The list is too long to list everything but sales, TJ is the salesman, lies and then when I called to talk to him he never returned my call. So I went up there and I could have knocked him over with a feather when he seen me. Service had me there for 4 hours to do a simple oil change that I had a appointment, that's not even acceptable even if you just drive up. F&I sat on my paperwork when I cancelled my extended service for 3 months so the salesman wouldn't get a charge back after I traded my truck at another dealership in Alabama. By the way it's not a long drive to go to Daphne Al and they saved me a lot of money. I've left messages for Sandy on several occasions and not a single return call, I didn't expect him to call but he could've delegated someone to call. I guess my almost $200,000. In the last 10 years isn't needed so I will take it elsewhere. More
