First service Dept. visit Took our 1 week old Nissan Rogue into the service center because the display on the dash said 'Low on air' on right front tire. As soon as I got there the Service Rep greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him about the tire and he looked at it and said it had a nail in it and they would work on it as soon as they could. I was only there for 30 minutes when they told me my car was ready. When I got in it,they had a chilled bottle of water for me and the Rep. Told me they vacuumed it for me. I was very impressed with my first encounter with the service dept. More

It is very unfortunate when things go wrong, but it is good to know this organization has someone who will step in to take care of it. More
Beware of Cynethia paint and body shop I have never been treated so unprofessional and all my life as if they were doing me a favor needed my bumper fixed. Beware of bad service Horrible service department. They scratched my car and only offered to pay half of damages. This is unacceptable when it was 100% their fault. Incredible Dealership and Sales Agent Sid Carr I just purchased a Nissan Rogue and am thrilled with not only the car but with Sandy Sansing Nissan and the great customer service I received from the I just purchased a Nissan Rogue and am thrilled with not only the car but with Sandy Sansing Nissan and the great customer service I received from the entire staff at this dealership. I special shout out to Sid Carr who was the incredible sales consultant that made this deal happen for me. He went above and beyond getting the greatest price on my new car and for having the car ready for me to pick up and drive away with. I've bought Nissans before and loved them and have worked with other dealerships but I will only go back to Sandy Sansing Nissan for all my automotive needs and Sid Carr will be the sales consultant I will choose. I live 6 1/2 hours away and it was more than worth my time to drive there for a new car....no other dealership could beat the price, which they gave me. Everyone there made shopping for a new car easy and my pocket book is happier also! More
