Even though I was a little early for my appointment, they took me right in. The service people were very kind and considerate. The customer waiting area was very nice. The purpose of this visit was for a recall notice. When my vehicle was ready they explained that it was a software update. They also vacuumed the front floor and washed it ! Very poor customer service by the service department. 2 years ago, had a problem with the paint at that time with minimal pain it was fixed. Paint started peeling off the bumpers, took it in to the dealer, Greg sent me to the Chevy deal who were very good and did the estimate as I waited. Greg sent the estimate in told me I should contact the corporate office which I did and then stated it was out of his hands and said since my 2017 Nissan pickup with only 21000 miles was out of warranty and I'd have to deal with them which I did. Two months after this started and several calls from Tinisha a very rude and unprofessional person at cooperate I was informed they would do nothing even though the initial problem with the paint occurred while under warranty. Contacted Sansing to speak with Greg to see if there was anything they could do and he was out all week. I asked to speak with his boss was put on hold for over ten minutes and the guy, who’s name I should of gotten started with the out of warranty crap and never would give me a name. By then I was not happy and stated my review would reflect the poor quality of service to which he responded it goes both ways – not sure what that means – is he going to write a bad review on me for be frustrated with the poor service at the local and corporate level. I bought my first Nissan truck in 1985 and had owned one up until last week. Great job of standing behind the cars you sell! I’m now the proud owner of a Ridgeline and will never own another Nissan and will never buy a car from a Sansing dealership! More
