Corporate needs review of some policies??? Was given a free oil change at the point of purchase ( Sandy Sansing Nissan Pensacola ) with the purchase of my vehicle. I live in Foley Alabama. I tried to use the free oil change in the Foley Alabama Sandy Sansing location and was declined. Come on corporate…. Something as minor as an oil change and it can’t be transferred between the two Sandy Sansing Nissan locations???? So I drove the two hours it took to go to the Pensacola location and back for my first oil change. Although the service people at Pensacola were very customer service focused , I think I will be going to Walmart for my oil changes and tires in the future. The ball is in your court!
