We were already sold on the CX-7 when we walked onto the dealership. Pat Leak walked out to meet us. We immediately felt comfortable with Pat. It was late in the day so all we had time for was a test ride. The next day we returned to negotiate the purchase. Pat patiently worked with us to reach a price acceptable to both us and Sansing. Pat treated us courteously and respectfully. He made the negotiations a pleasant experience. The others there made us feel welcome as well. One name that comes to mind is Randy. This is the second vehicle that our family has bought from Sansing in a year. I certainly recommend them. More
A negative car buying experience after driving an hour to purchase vehicle. After dealer and sales staff "lost" or misplaced our sales paperwork ( no paperwork for over a week in the vehicle ), staff was con purchase vehicle. After dealer and sales staff "lost" or misplaced our sales paperwork ( no paperwork for over a week in the vehicle ), staff was confrontational and made us feel like it was our fault after the fact. Sales manager unprofessional over the phone. Numerous factors regarding this transaction was in error, including the date of the sale, and the fact that USED car was listed on an internal document ( given to us the customer ) when in fact we bought a NEW car. Not sure why. Dealer personnel said it was just a simple mistake. We LOVE Mazda, but won't recommend this dealership. More
We drove 9 hours to Pensacola to help our son, who is in the Navy there, purchase his first car. We hit every dealer in "Car City" on Saturday and then went straight back to this one! They had by far the best car at the best price for our son. Everyone was very helpful and knew exactly how to get the deal done through Navy Federal Credit Union. Randy Witzel was one of the best sale's person I've ever dealt with if not the best. And I've dealt with a few in my 72 years. This was the best dealer experience I have had. Due to the economy, I was forced to close my business. My credit suffered badly and I could not find a dealer to help me finance a vehicle. I new that a car was the best way to rebuild my credit and purchasing a car at a "Buy Here Pay Here" car lot was just not an option because they dont report to the credit agencies. Not to mention, I would not trust driving a car from one of those lots 100 miles per day like I do in my new Mazda fron Sandy Sansing. The team at Sandy Sansing treated me like someone that deserved a second chance and not like somone that was lucky to get a car. My husband and I decided to spend the day car-shopping for our grandson, and our first (and only) stop was at Sandy Sansing Mazda. So, I have a brand new Mazda 3 GT.I love it and all the people working there are friendly, they listen to you and no one was the least bit pushy. I am a committed Mazda driver! zoom zoom! More
