They respected me the whole time. Straight shooting with me. I had done my homework. If you are up front with them they will be upfront with you. I have been in the market for an Infiniti for a while. Came across a 2010 used with under 10,000 miles and immediately called Peter at Sandy Sansing Mazda. The one of interest had sold an hour early, but Peter had found a similar model at the Sand Sansing BMW dealership. I explained the price I was looking for and where I was coming from, which was Baton Rouge, LA. There was no sneakiness with him. He got straight to the point. He also found a later model Infiniti on the Mazda lot and tried to work a deal. The Inifiniti at the BMW dealership was just to “sweet of a deal” to pass up. Peter was straight forward and was not “pushy” at all. His attitude made the drive over very worth our while. The next time I am in the market for another vehicle, I may be driving over to Pensacola again!! Thanks. More

Buck is a very nice guy from the start with a great personality. My dad and I saw a 2006 Mazda 6 online that I fell in love with. I called Mazda and Buck said that they still had it. I like the way Buck handled everything. He made sure I really wanted the car before we went any farther. I highly recommend him as a salesmen. I bought the car on a Friday afternoon and he said the interior could not be done until Monday so he told me to enjoy the car over the weekend and bring it back Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and he even drove me to work because I did not have a ride. Buck is a really great guy. More

I live out of state and saw the car I wanted on their website. Eli was the first to contact me and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Don worked with me on the financing to get it to a monthly payment I was comfortable with. He also worked with me on a trade in I had. We agreed to terms on the phone, even though I had still not seen the car in person. Robert was headed to New Orleans for a Saints game and drove the car to my driveway. Wow! After a test drive I fell in love with it and signed all the paperwork, and Robert drove my car back to Florida. It was the first time I had ever purchased a pre-owned car. The next day I heard a sound. Not knowing the mechanics of a car too well, I was very apprehensive that it might be something major. Robert assured me that Sandy Sansing would take care of whatever it was, minor or not. It turned out to be minor, but I trusted Robert at his word. Not long after that, my tire started losing air and I was putting air in it twice a day. Long story short, the rim was cracked and I paid a good bit of money to buy a new one. General Manager Guy Doss graciously agreed to reimburse me. He was what my father would call "a class act." No higher compliment coming from him. He was courteous, professional, and has a tremendous understanding of customer service. Not only would I recommend this dealership to anyone, I would absolutely buy from them again in the future with total confidence that they are going to make sure their customers are happy. More
