I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I heard it was the best, so I felt confidente that I would get the best. Purchased a car, and within 2 days it was in their service department. Out of the 48 it was the best, so I felt confidente that I would get the best. Purchased a car, and within 2 days it was in their service department. Out of the 48 days I have had the car, I only had it for 23 days. They had it the rest of the time. I was told the car would be fixed, not to contact my warranty company, nor inform the lien holder there was a problem. I was told that since the problem occured before my extended warranty took place it would be fixed not to worry. I found out today, that they will no longer work on the car, that I need to take it another dealership so they can fix it. So now I have to pay a $100.00 deductable and fees for a rental car. I explained to the managers that I feel they should cover any exspenses to get the vehicle repaired. Their response was an apology. Sooo...look elsewhere before you deceide to buy from these people!! More

Randy Witzel made my experience with purchasing a brand new 2011 Mazda CX-7, as simple as if I were purchasing a new shirt. He is quite possibly the most easy-going, personable sales rep. that I have ever new 2011 Mazda CX-7, as simple as if I were purchasing a new shirt. When I told Randy that I was interested in a Chevy Equinox as well, he even went so far as to drive me over to the chevy lot to compare the two vehicles. I would like to take this opportunity to let others know how we were treated at this dealership in July 2011. And for the record we have written a personal letter to Sandy Sansing letting him know the deati how we were treated at this dealership in July 2011. And for the record we have written a personal letter to Sandy Sansing letting him know the deatils of our visit and phone calls. We have not had any response. We had a letter of approval and were advised to use this dealership even though it was quite a distance from us. We searched their website and found at least three used vans we were very interested in. We called and were told to come right away. Even though it was storming horribly out my husband drove all the way over but was told upon arriving they didn't have the vans, "they just wanted to see if we were serious buyers!!!" (their own quote) We did everything that was asked of us to do while they were supposed to be searching for a us a van. We called everyday. We called during the week to let them know we had our down payment and asked if they had located a van for us. "No but we have a Taurus station wagon". After several more calls and a week later we just decided to shop locally in our own town. We were treated with respect and actually purchased a van at almost half of what Sandy Sansing was selling them for. We are so disappointed that we were treated as joke. They certainly must not need out little business. More
