I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-50 03/31/22. Bait and Switch we wanted a pre owned BMW Convertible with a budget seen one on there website when we got there the salesperson said it was in the sh Bait and Switch we wanted a pre owned BMW Convertible with a budget seen one on there website when we got there the salesperson said it was in the shop so they pulled another BMW we were going to buy until we asked for the Carfax that showed 3 accidents we said no.They pulled up a 2017 BMW Convertible to drive home, the top flew open on the highway, the A/C wasn't working, needed brakes, Navigation wasn't working properly they said they would check it we asked if we can take our trade back they said no and we needed $15000 down instead of $5000 and the finance dept said I have a great deal lower rate new model lower payment so we paid $12000 over the sticker never seen the sticker price and till this day after several attempts still no window sticker tried to contact owner but that's not available I would love to show him several videos and pictures and text messages all pertaining to Purchase of BMW Convertible and to top it off the finance dept just added a warranty for $2500 they have you sign digital and hand you a USB this is unfair practice taking advantage of disabled same sex Couple. More
