This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer! I do not reccommend them to anyone - ever! I called the dealership three days before our trip there so that financing would be in order and w dealer! I do not reccommend them to anyone - ever! I called the dealership three days before our trip there so that financing would be in order and we would know exactly what we could purchase. I had gotten approval for a loan online and all I wanted to know was - what the loan amount would be and the interest rate, etc. Eight phone calls later, they were still pushing me to trade in a vehicle I did not want to trade in AND they kept asking for the same information over and over again. The real nightmare began when we pulled up into the lot - instantly 5 sales reps surrounded our car and when I got out, I was asked by three people - how old is your vehicle and what were we looking for. I had not even stepped out of my car yet. Once we found the salesperson that we were dealing with on the phone (Al "Big AL"), we sat down in a booth and were asked for our paperwork. We gave him the paperwork and he said he would be right back - that he had to make "copies" of the papers. 40 minutes later he arrives and tells us that he had an older F150 Regular Cab Work Truck with no options (like power anything) and that that was the only truck or SUV that we "qualified for". I had had enough at this point and told him point blank what we wanted - a truck or SUV that fit within the guidelines of the loan. He stood up and said he would be right back. I stopped him and said I am not going to do the back and forth all day - they have my information, I have a loan approved - I wanted to get this over with as soon as possible. He guaranteed me he would be right back. 20 minutes later he ushered us in to Tim Herrells office. This man is the most repugnant and rude person I have ever met - in my entire life. He started out lecturing me on how exactly we would go about getting into a car that day and that I had no choice in what vehicle I was to get. He said that the banks told him I would not get into an SUV and that a small car was all I was going to get. I countered with "how much of a loan am I approved for?". With this, he became irrate. He started to raise his voice at me and telling me I am a liar because I did not disclose all of my income and that the small difference would have gotten me into a better car. (Mind you I have not even been on the lot to look at a car yet). So I said "what vehicle can I get in that is an SUV or truck then?". He started to lecture me as if I was a child and told he he had done his homework and that my credit situation dictates that I am going to get either a small car or possibly an older, small SUV - but it would be almost impossible to get a regular SUV. I asked again, how much of an SUV could I get. He jumps up (you could tell he was pissed), grabs his keys off the desk and said to Big AL - "I guess this 'person' wants to see what he can get". He was shaking his head and saying something under his breath at this point. They left the office and led us to a golf cart, which we were forced to sit facing backward on and the moment I sat down he floored it - we almost fell off the cart. That was it for me, but my partner said lets just see what they have. They kept sorta stopping and Tim Herrell said "Cant put them in that one, or that one or that one or that one, like 20 times as we are flying down the lot. Finally he stopped and we all got out. He pointed to a Versa and said this is about all you will ever get. At that point, we both have had enough and we left. I would like to point out that I grabbed every piece of paper off of Tim Herrells desk on the way out and those papers revealed I was approved for a loan in the amount of up to $35,000.00 pending a structure. He had written in PINK MARKER - the word "HOT". I have no idea what that means. After we left there, I went to Pete Moore Chevrolet met the nicest sales person and finance officer you could have imagined and they got me into a very nice Mercury Mariner with less than 75K miles with an attractive interest rate - no problems there finding me a car I could fit into. OH - and the kicker? The company that I got the loan approval through with Pete Moore - was the same one that approved me at Sandy Sansing. Attention Tim Herell and Sandy Sansing - Stop treating your customers badly and lecturing 40 year olds as if they are children - you have lost a customer for life and I will continue telling every person I meet about this horror story. You should be ashamed of yourselves and find another finance manager! AVOID SANDY SANSING AT ALL COSTS - GO TO PETE MOORE INSTEAD!!!!! More
Bart was spot on. Let him know I was on the way and he had both cars pulled up front with ac going ready for the test drive. Pricing and negotiations one step me giving my offer and it getting accepted. had both cars pulled up front with ac going ready for the test drive. My wife and I have been into Sandy Sansing Mazada on numerous occations trying to make a deal but we could never get the numbers we both agreed on on, until Saturday. We went to the lot just to look at numerous occations trying to make a deal but we could never get the numbers we both agreed on on, until Saturday. We went to the lot just to look at the new Mazada 6s and CX-5s. We quickly found out that they were out of our price range (blame it on bad luck) and we were going to leave and go to Pensacola Honda to look at the new Honda Civics, that's until Kyle stopped us and said that they just recieved a 2013 Honda Civic earlier that day on a trade in with only 6k miles on it. The initial price that they gave us put our monthly payment about 20 dollars, a month, out of our price range but after working with GM we were able to get it lowered to to exactly where we wanted it to be. Kyle was awesome! He was friendly and maintained professionalism even after staying 3 hours past closing on a Saturday night. I would recommend Sandy Sansing Mazada to anyone, additionally, I would recommend everyone in Pensacola and the surrounding areas to go see Kyle. More

I came to Pensacola for my high school reunion last week (June 13, 2013) and to visit Sandy Sansing Mazda to LOOK at the CX-5. I had been comparing the Rav-4 and CRV for a few months. I went to Sandy Sansin (June 13, 2013) and to visit Sandy Sansing Mazda to LOOK at the CX-5. I had been comparing the Rav-4 and CRV for a few months. I went to Sandy Sansing Mazda first because on paper, the CX-5 looked and sounded like everything I wanted and needed. Kyle was our sales consultant and then David was able to answer more questions. These guys were great! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about Mazda AND the CX-5. I was not disappointed and ended up trading in my car for the new 2014, smoking-hot red Mazda CX-5. I have only driven it one week, and already I'm getting awesome gas mileage (27.6 mpg) and I have been enjoying the looks, comments and questions from complete strangers as I drive about town. I will definitely come back to this dealership for any future cars I may need. Although, I do not plan on trading in this car for a while. I LOVE it! I will drive 3 hours for future service because this was such a pleasant, new-car buying experience for me. They have a great team at Sandy Sansing Mazda! More

Kyle was very knowledgeable and didn't waste my time. He didn't show me cars I wasn't interested in and was very helpful in comparing the ones I was. Since the purchase, I've been back a couple of times for various things and Kyle helps me every time. However, it's been a month and I still haven't received the second key I was promised. That's the only negative thing I can say and the only reason the overall experience is a 4 instead of 5. More
