I have had the WORST luck when it comes to used cars!!! I got a flyer in the mail from Mazda and figured what the heck....the worst they can say is no. Surprisingly I got approved. As I went in, I was expecting to be there for at least 4 hours (based on past experience). I walked out the door with my brand new CX-5 within an hour. I can honestly say they took care of me even after I purchased my car. Highly recommended!!! More

After going to Sandy Sansing Nissan and having the worst car buying experience ever I debated on whether or not to go to another Sandy Sansing dealership. I think someone should know that John Cramer is a true asset to Sandy Sansing he treated my 19 year old son like a man and not like a teenage boy and that goes a long way in today's time. Let me clarify my rate... To save face with Rob and his cohorts. Rob was very professional. My response was mainly towards the upper echelons running the dealership. I am not a car expert or dealership operation expert. My remarks were geared to that regard. It's just an observation and no personal puns intended. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Just a few things I picked up and thought could be talked about and looked at from a person who is not in a dealership day to day. I know you guys and gals are making a living and doing your very best. I come from a military back ground and only intended constructive criticism to help y'all as a team. Thank you for your knowledge and respect. Sorry if what I quoted was a little off the norm, just what I noticed and thought could be improved. I'm very satisfied with my car, but there were a few things that could be improved with dealership staff. Salespersons should not have to ask a manager about every little detail and leave customer sitting at salesmans desk, this happened like every five seconds. I know the car buying process is long, but I spent to much time just sitting at the salesmans desk. Process should be sped up a little bit cause nobody wants to spend 4hrs in today's world doing the paperwork when they have everything in hand and ready to go. Buying a car is serious to me, and was just a little to much joking and laxadazic attitudes. All in all not a horrible experience but could have been better. More
I was looking for a vehicle after returning from Afghanistan, wasn't really sure what it was that I wanted and was out looking at numerous dealerships. I was only looking at USAA car buying and found a used car and was interested in looking at it. I received a phone call for John Novak about the vehicle and set up a time to look at it. When I got to the dealership the car was pulled up waiting for me to look at. I started explaining to John about what it was that I looking for and price range I was wanting to work with. John was very receptive to everything I was looking for and I test drove the used vehicle along with some new vehicles in the same price range I was wanting to be within. After testing driving the new vehicles I was extremely happy and decided to go with the new vehicle. The entire dealership was very helpful and friendly, the most pleasant car experience that I have ever experienced. I drove away with a very nice Mazda 6. More
