A lot of it had to do with my preparation, but it was all very up front, no games or gimmicks or tricks. Great Dealership, 5 Star Customer Service! My wife and I first stopped in at Sandy Sansing on the Nissan side of the dealership to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT. We fell in love with the car h My wife and I first stopped in at Sandy Sansing on the Nissan side of the dealership to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT. We fell in love with the car however the dealer we worked with over there was extremely pushy and wouldnt give us time to decide on his offer. I called a friend of mine and he referred my wife and I to Rob Sansonia on the Mazda side of the dealer, so we walked over there, and we were immediately far more impressed with how much better we were treated once we explained to him what we were looking for. Rob worked with us for over 6 hours to get us set up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted, and he did'nt try to push other cars on us because he knew that was the car we wanted. He even stuck with us through the many hiccups we had dealing with trading in a car registered to Oregon under my wife's name and buying the new one in my name, and the insurance changes as well. He even washed the car HIMSELF for us because the detailers had gone home for the day, and went and gassed up the car as well. I have seldom seen a representative of ANY business work so hard for his/her customer, and I would recommend anybody in the area to give Rob a call if they are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. Best buying experience I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-9 from Sandy Sansing Mazda. To summarize, I inquired about a specific vehicle (CX-9) and within a couple of hour I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-9 from Sandy Sansing Mazda. To summarize, I inquired about a specific vehicle (CX-9) and within a couple of hours I received a video presentation (made for us) of the vehicle detailing highlights, features and a promise that they would give top dollar for our trade and price the CX-9 very aggressively. I was so impressed with my phone conversation with John Nowak and the aforementioned video that I drove to the dealership that evening. We bought the CX-9 within about 1 hour of arriving at the dealership.....everything they said they would do they did.
