They were very knowledgeable and helpful in our comparison of the Equinox vs the Mazda CX-5.They gave lots of detailed information and very helpful, but not pushy. We did not make our decision until the next day. We had to make a decision fast because my wife's trade-in had some problems and we wanted to make the decision fast. I had to work the next day and We rushed them through the process, but it didn't bother them. The were continuously friendly the whole time. We decided on the Mazda and we are very happy with our choice. We feel comfortable with our decision because we were so well informed, but not pressured. Cadillac SRX Pulled up to the door and walked in. From this point on the ball was in their court. I was greeted by John C and I asked about a vehicle I saw online. I went and looked it over and then asked to test drive it and on the road we went. Took the vehicle to the office and wife drove it around the block and stated she wanted it. Back to dealership to wheel and deal. Many conversations with Mike H and John C started and it came down to a number I needed for my vehicle that was paid off. A good attempt was made at the start but sent it back to the table with Randy. Randy did the best thing I think to come into the room with me to discuss numbers. The numbers worked out great and he made it happen. Lord what happened next was a shocker. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years and they gave me a interest rate of 9.3% with credit score of over 700. Mike made a phone call and got me a rate of mid 3%. This save me several thousands of interest. Thanks for your help on this Mike. Next step was the signing of the paperwork and all the added stuff that John C would offer you. I took advantage of the extended service contract on the Cadillac SRX. They were testing the new system DocuPad and we were the first buyers to use it. This system makes it fast and easy but wish it mounted inside the desk instead of being on the top. The only thing that could have top this off would have been a phone call from Sandy Sansing himself saying thanks for purchasing a vehicle from us. Great Dealership, 5 Star Customer Service! My wife and I first stopped in at Sandy Sansing on the Nissan side of the dealership to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT. We fell in love with the car h My wife and I first stopped in at Sandy Sansing on the Nissan side of the dealership to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT. We fell in love with the car however the dealer we worked with over there was extremely pushy and wouldnt give us time to decide on his offer. I called a friend of mine and he referred my wife and I to Rob Sansonia on the Mazda side of the dealer, so we walked over there, and we were immediately far more impressed with how much better we were treated once we explained to him what we were looking for. Rob worked with us for over 6 hours to get us set up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted, and he did'nt try to push other cars on us because he knew that was the car we wanted. He even stuck with us through the many hiccups we had dealing with trading in a car registered to Oregon under my wife's name and buying the new one in my name, and the insurance changes as well. He even washed the car HIMSELF for us because the detailers had gone home for the day, and went and gassed up the car as well. I have seldom seen a representative of ANY business work so hard for his/her customer, and I would recommend anybody in the area to give Rob a call if they are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.
