Mazda3 Sales Purchase Its been over a month since my purchase of a brand new mazda3. Just returned from a vacation to write this review. I primarily worked with Mr Rob Sansonia via the internet while I was doing research. Rob was very helpful providing me all the info I asked for while being up front with me the entire time. The day we came in, Rob was able to get us a test drive and answered any other questions we had. At the end of the day (they literally were closing up the dealership), we drove off with a new car that I am totally happy with! And because their detailing crew already left for the day, Rob promised me a free detailing once my first appointment was due. I hope to still cash that in! More

Knowing they closed at 8 they still made sure we left with a car we both loved and knew it was what we were looking for. They got us financed and all and left by 9 or so.... Great service We spoke with Randy and Chad after I got off work. I called ahead and let them know my wife and I were coming. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in our comparison of the Equinox vs the Mazda CX-5.They gave lots of detailed information and very helpful, but not pushy. We did not make our decision until the next day. We had to make a decision fast because my wife's trade-in had some problems and we wanted to make the decision fast. I had to work the next day and We rushed them through the process, but it didn't bother them. The were continuously friendly the whole time. We decided on the Mazda and we are very happy with our choice. We feel comfortable with our decision because we were so well informed, but not pressured. Cadillac SRX Pulled up to the door and walked in. From this point on the ball was in their court. I was greeted by John C and I asked about a vehicle I saw online. I went and looked it over and then asked to test drive it and on the road we went. Took the vehicle to the office and wife drove it around the block and stated she wanted it. Back to dealership to wheel and deal. Many conversations with Mike H and John C started and it came down to a number I needed for my vehicle that was paid off. A good attempt was made at the start but sent it back to the table with Randy. Randy did the best thing I think to come into the room with me to discuss numbers. The numbers worked out great and he made it happen. Lord what happened next was a shocker. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years and they gave me a interest rate of 9.3% with credit score of over 700. Mike made a phone call and got me a rate of mid 3%. This save me several thousands of interest. Thanks for your help on this Mike. Next step was the signing of the paperwork and all the added stuff that John C would offer you. I took advantage of the extended service contract on the Cadillac SRX. They were testing the new system DocuPad and we were the first buyers to use it. This system makes it fast and easy but wish it mounted inside the desk instead of being on the top. The only thing that could have top this off would have been a phone call from Sandy Sansing himself saying thanks for purchasing a vehicle from us. Kind of home town feeling that could go a long way on my next purchase. Jeff Messer More
