My wife and I decided to look at the CX-9 and after a full day of shopping, did not really plan on purchasing that day. I was met by John Nowak, whom I had been in contact with over the net and again he answered all of our questions with no sense of pressure. Within minutes we were on a test drive. John simply asked if we would allow him to earn our business and I told him what that would take. In just a short time he and Chris Hall met our request and quickly went through the purchasing process, making sure we understood each step. I've bought cars before and knew the "dreaded finance" was next. I was pleased that Mike Cavalcante was true to his word that he would have us out in 10 minutes. We love the car and this dealership.
