A warranty that should have been offered not added. The costumer feels attacked when you add 2000 dollars without offering. If the service is good you sell it, that's their job to SELL. You guys tried to make us sign by telling us it was FREE. 2000 dlls more to my bill. Again: BE careful when you sign. Is that a sale strategy ? The service should have been offered not just added. No one knew where my tag was, lack of communication; they never returned my call, you can understand how frustrated I was. But the problem is, the information your finance department gave me when I bought my car it's wrong, the option he gave doesn't even exist!! It is not the first time he sells a car, he knew he was giving me false information, it was not a human mistake, the name is scam!!! I would have appreciate if the costumer relations manager could have give a call, instead of the finance manager yelling me through the phone, threaten my husband. I bought a car from your dealership I think I deserved the courtesy, at least the attention of a call. The problem is not the service he tried to add, not my tag, not your poor costumer service, the problem is the wrong information the finance department gave me. He lied to us, that is not professional and is not a honest business.
