Upon arrival Rob had another appointment so we had a smooth handoff to David. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. He went out of his way to engage both my wife and I as well as my daughter to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and then worked very hard to meet our needs. This is the fourth car I have bought in the last two years and was by far the best experience. Even as Rob helped others he still occasionally checked in to see how we were doing.
