Rob Sansonia was very friendly and didn't put any pressure on me to make the sale. After negotiating price, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Joel was very willing to work with me, as I didn't have the money for the down payment on-hand and it was after 5pm, so that I could drive the car home that day (I live an hour away in Mobile, Al). Joel also got me better financing than from my bank and my first two payments paid. It was a pleasant car-buying experience and I will definitely turn to the Sandy Sansing family of dealerships for car purchases in the future. More

I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 from Chris Hall (sales manager) and Shannon Parish (sales). I called several days ahead of time to lock in their lowest price after applying all the customer incentives I was entitled to. Chris gave me a complete breakdown of the costs and incentives to arrive at the fair price I got. When I arrived to purchase the car all of the numbers on the contract were exactly as he quoted with no surprise add-on costs. In my experience, this doesn't always happen when buying a car. Shannon did an excellent job of filling out all the paperwork involved with my purchase and my trade. She knows her Mazdas and is a super-cheerful gal to deal with. It took approximately one hour from the time I entered until I drove away in my new car. The whole purchase experience was extremely positive and efficient-just the way I like it. I definitely recommend purchasing a Mazda from these folks. More
