Rob helped me find exactly the kind of car I was looking for and was surprisingly honest with me about which cars were the most practical and reliable (according to my research). The car I wanted was a bit more expensive than the loan I'd acquired, but they gave me such a great deal on my trade-in that we were able to make it work (even though the car had 180,000 miles on it!). I really got the feeling that what I wanted and needed mattered to him. He never tried to tempt me out of my price range or add on extra stuff. He went the extra mile during the purchasing process, even going so far as to attempt to transfer my employee sticker to my new car (it fell apart, but the gesture meant a lot to me!).
