Mike, without hesitation, volunteered to pick up the vehicle that morning to have on the lot before we arrived. We said our good nights and thanks and prepared for the next morning. Friday morning as we pulled into the lot my husband’s eyes locked in on a vehicle and said I really hope that’s it! He jumped out of the car and headed right to that awesome vehicle excited to see if that was ours. As he approached the drivers side Mike appeared with Joel was closely behind. Mike and My husband took the car for a spin and Joel and I went into the dealership so that I could do some paperwork for him and Chris. While working on the paperwork I looked up and standing before me was Joel and Mr. Sansing. Joel introduced us and Mr. Sansing graciously thanked me for being a return Customer and purchasing another vehicle from them and to make sure to have some doughnuts and coffee from the Customer lounge. I was extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him and that he took the time out of his busy schedule to thank us. The guys returned from the test drive paperwork was gathered, extended warranty presented and purchased, completed some paperwork with Mike. Then it was time to finalize and sign everything with Joel. Since our last purchase new technology was added for the contractual endorsements process which tremendously sped up the process and offered a desirable professional presentation of the closing process that ends with a personal message from Mr. Sansing. During this time, we were further amazed, as if, to find out our payments would be much lower then what we were thinking from the night before and coincidentally covered the cost of the added services we just purchased. We accomplished everything as scheduled for my husband to go to work, which he did smiling from ear to ear! We are extremely satisfied, Customers for life and Family! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Mr. Sansing, Joel Bender, Chris Hall and Mike Vranich. Without you, none of this would have happened, God Bless. More

If you are in the market for a car, truck, suv or any type of vehicle in just about any price range, these are the guys to go to! You will be simply wasting your time anywhere else! When Bobby Walkup walked up to us he was so helpful and kind (even though I am very picky). With extensive knowledge on each vehicle that I inquired about, Bobby skillfully led me in the right direction to a perfect Jeep Wrangler! Not only is it the car of my dreams, but somehow, Bobby and Joel ( the amazing finance director) did it with a payment I was comfortable with! This was my first car buying experience, and both of these kind gentleman treated me with honesty and respect through and through. I could not, and simply would not direct anyone in the market for a car in any other direction other than theirs! I am still in shock that these two men worked so hard and so diligently at the pace that they did and were able to accomplish such a tall task, with not a ton of money down, and less than perfect credit. Kevin Webster made my experience all the better! I went to Sandy Sansing Mazda with the hope of buying my first car. I had heard great things about them before my visit, so there was no question as t I went to Sandy Sansing Mazda with the hope of buying my first car. I had heard great things about them before my visit, so there was no question as to where I should start my search. On the lot I was met by Kevin Webster, who seemed very likable from the start. Being a bit nervous, Kevin immediately put my mind at ease, mainly due to the fact that he didn't act like a "car salesman " at all. With Kevin's help and knowledge, my daughter and I found exactly what we were looking for. Buying a car does take some time, but Kevin made sure we were comfortable while we discussed terms. In a relatively short time we were on our way back home, excited about our new family car! I want to thank the crew at Sandy Sansing Mazda for such an enjoyable experience: Mr. Chris Hall's sales team for their welcoming attitudes, Mr. Joel Bender for knocking it out of the park in financial, and most importantly Kevin Webster, who went above and beyond what I ever thought a sales rep could do for me. Kevin made it personal. Instead of just being a customer, I felt like I was with an old friend. I recommend Kevin to anyone interested in great service, knowledgeable demeanor, and selfless attitude. As a first time car buyer, there is no one else I would recommend as highly as Mr. Webster. More
Issues to be worked out Dealer gave me a good deal on my trade in and used car I bought. Experience was great. While i was at the dealer, they notified me that the car only has 1 key fob. I asked repeatedly what the cost would be to replace the missing key fob. After being there over 3 hrs he finally calls to learned they already closed. Now I am forced to take time off work to go to the dealer and request a new fob in person, then come back another day to have them install it. That's 2 days ill have to miss out on work for a couple of hours. Problem I have is the salesman knew their was a problem with the car, and said nothing. I later that day after I bought the car discovered the problem. When I called to find out what the cost to replace the key fob, he told me that the broken part in the car should be covered under warranty. I hate when people keep secrets, you present yourself as an honest dealership but you keep secrets, no matter how small they are. I ask you several times to call on getting a replacement key fob and don't do it. Chris did a great job in finding me the best rates, and Joel was great at explaining the financial end I will consider buying from there again, but I don't think ill be using the same salesman More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I really can't say enough to express how wonderful Erick Ruiz-Reyes and Joel Bender were at Sandy Sansing Mazda! Erick was relaxed, knowledgeable, pat I really can't say enough to express how wonderful Erick Ruiz-Reyes and Joel Bender were at Sandy Sansing Mazda! Erick was relaxed, knowledgeable, patient, kind, polite, and FUN! He didn't pressure me and really did a fantastic job of answering my questions and helping me test drive and find the perfect car. He was respectful to my 12 yr old son and even let him ride shotgun instead of putting him in the back seat. Well played, Erick, well played. When it came time for the negotiating, there really wasn't much to be done because he worked with my terms to get the numbers I wanted. Then it was time for Joel....the finance guy... this was the part I dreaded and after such a great experience with Erick, I was leery of moving on to another associate. As it was the end of the day, I was tired and my defenses went up. Well, Joel proved to be just as amazing as Erick. He treated both me and my son with courtesy and respect and was just as much fun as Erick. He broke down the legal mumbo-jumbo and ensured I left with the peace of mind I should after a major purchase. To top it off... I sent Joel an email with a ton of questions the next day and not only did he read the whole thing (it was long), but he responded with both an email and a phone call. I don't know if they'll be looking forward to seeing me again, but this will be the first place I go for my next car! Thanks, guys! More

The extra options and the feel of the vehicle won me over. However, the car was a little more than I wanted to spend. Rob Sansonia was very knowledgeable and listened. He kept working with me and the dealer to get the price more to my liking. The entire experience was pretty ty close to painless. I had had my previous vehicle for 17 years because I hate car shopping. It was easier maintaining what I had. Thanks Rob, Joel and Sandy Sansing Mazda for making my car shopping chore a breeze! More
