My 2011 Acadia <3 Alan was a fun sales representative to work with. You never felt that "hounding" feeling that you get when you first get on a car sales lot. He approached us, gave us some information as we had been looking for days for a newer vehicle. We happened to see one we interested in and took it for a test drive right then. Unfortunately for us, it actually was unavailable less than 24 hours after we looked at it. A week later, Alan called with the news that the Acadia was available. We went immediately to look at it one more time. He worked through our difficulties of providing information as so happened that same day, my phone with most of my information, died that day as well and we had no paper information on us as we were not planning on purchasing right at that moment. Joel was also an excellent representative to work with. He made sure you understood everything as you were signing it on his amazing screen he had in his office. Both gentlemen were great to work with...highly recommend! More

Five Star Exemplary Service I went to Sandy Sansing Mazda to look at the Mazda 6 and CX-5, with little hope that they would be able to help me with the situation I was in with my I went to Sandy Sansing Mazda to look at the Mazda 6 and CX-5, with little hope that they would be able to help me with the situation I was in with my car. Rob introduced himself and immediately had me test driving the two cars I was interested in. I was upfront about not having much luck finding a vehicle or anyone willing to help me and Rob promised to be straightforward with me and not get my hopes up over something he knew he wouldn't be able to make work for me, and he fulfilled that promise. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and Joel with Mazda. Joel helped get all of my paperwork prepared and made the paperwork process extremely fast and very efficient so I could get in my new car as quick as possible. It's been three days since I purchased my car and both Rob and Joel have already checked on me and my new car to make sure everything is going well; when Rob checked on me he told me if there were any features I was unsure of or not familiar with on my new car to stop by the dealership and he would be more than happy to show me everything. Joel showed us how to use the computer system for all of the paperwork which was easy to use and made all of the paperwork very simple to achieve. Dealing with Joseph in the absence of Joel Bender In the beginning we had Kevin Webster as a sales person and Joel Bender in finance. We actuall go to Church with Joel Bender and that was THE REASON w In the beginning we had Kevin Webster as a sales person and Joel Bender in finance. We actuall go to Church with Joel Bender and that was THE REASON we came to Sandy Sansing Mazda. Kevin realized that this was going to be a tough case, he aborted the mission. Kim Woodall took over the ship and did one xxxx of a job. We had to go back and sign some additional paperwork, in the absence of Joel Bender, as he was on vacation. We were put with Joseph Johnson in Joel's absence. I took my lunch hour to come over and resign the paperwork. I made it clear that I had to be back at work by 3:00 pm. Joseph treated us like trash. I have never felt so humiliated as I did that day. We were treated as if we were going to steal the car that we had been driving for the past week. The keys were taken from us to go wash, that was xxxxxxxxx, even though they did wash it. It was locked and we were not allowed to get my wife's purse or anything from the vehicle. I'm a Type II diabetic and at 2:30 - 3:00 pm we finally walked to get lunch. At this point I'm totally pissed. Around 4:00 pm I told Joseph that we were going to Enterprise and rent a car until Saturday or the Tuesday after Labor Day. This was when Joel was due back in. Joseph said OK. We walked toward the other end of the lot. Joseph let us get almost to the Dodge lot next door. At this point he came out of the door yelling, Mr. Richards, Mr. Richards, Our rep will be here any minute. Finally aroung 5:30 - 5:45 we got paperwork finished. 11:00 am until 5:30 pm THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURED. At this point Joseph STILL HESITATED ABOUT GIVING US THE KEYS TO THE VEHICLE. I lost half a days work for this xx with Joseph. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS HUMAN AGAIN. Joel Bender, Kim Woodall and Big Mike WERE FABOLOUS. Joseph Johnson I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH EVER AGAIN.
