Max and Joel with very easy to work with and made my car buying experience great. I bought the Jeep that day and was very pleased with the service. However, when I was pulling out of the lot I looked at the gas tank .... less than a quarter full. I have always had dealers fill up my tank before leaving the lot so I was a little disappointed with this. But I had another appointment and no time to go back in to ask about this. A few miles down the road I noticed the oil change sticker in the window .... the next oil change was due in less than 30 miles. SIGH. It would have been nice for the dealer to also take care of that before sending me on my way. By the time I got home I was already past needing an oil change. Other than those 2 details, my experience here was good. More

From there Alan Sims was very attentive to my needs and conveyed the options on the model car I was looking for with extensive knowledge. We found a car and started the negotiations and got to a financial point that I was comfortable with. The paperwork took quite a while which is really the only negative. One thing that was a little odd was apparently only one person has access to the chip for the navigation system, he was off that day so we couldn't get the chip installed. Alan did follow up and personally brought me the chip and installed it and explained how the system worked. Overall a good experience and Alan did a great job. More

My son was so thrilled that he was going to be the owner of a Mustang GT since his last car was a Mustang v6 so you could imagine what he was feeling that day when he was able to drive off the lot.
