My Experience Written as a Novel We began car shopping almost 6 months ago. We got serious about it 2 months ago. We had visited multiple dealers before this one. Upon arriving we We began car shopping almost 6 months ago. We got serious about it 2 months ago. We had visited multiple dealers before this one. Upon arriving we were greeted by Kayla. We originally arrived looking for a Mazda 3 and we test drove it. She asked what we were looking for and after we all deliberated it was decided that it was not the car for us. She took us to the other side of the lot and showed us a CX-9. Still not the vehicle. We took a break in the lounge. It is kind of small but my son was able to eat doughnuts and watch cartoons. He was happy. Finally we came to the CX-5. Almost a perfect fit! Then she showed us the CX-5 with the preferred package. She was/is very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was able to show and explain all of the safety and luxury features. It had all we needed and the size of the vehicle worked well. Our story does not end here. We left. One of the sales managers ran a hard credit inquiry after we specifically told him not to do so. He told us "I was just checking rates". We did not buy that day. We shopped at 11 other dealerships over the next month. Finally after looking at 15 and test driving 6 more vehicles we called Kayla directly. We stopped in and had our trade appraisal done very quickly. She gave us numbers and we went home to think on them. The next day we returned and, after I sat there deliberating, my wife told me we were buying. Kayla knew this in advance and had the paperwork drafted. Jeff Hand stopped by and made sure we could all agree on the price. This man has a great personality and is very enthusiastic. We negotiated on a price. While the dealership always wins (otherwise they wouldn't be in business) I feel like we left with a great vehicle for a great price. Joel did the legal paperwork and we were only in his office about 20 minutes. Overall 5 stars! Thank you Kayla for being patient with me. I am a very difficult person to deal with and you were great. Great new car buying experience I was very happy with the atmosphere and customer service at Sandy Sansing. Myca Martin was Outstanding! From the very first phone call to the minut I was very happy with the atmosphere and customer service at Sandy Sansing. Myca Martin was Outstanding! From the very first phone call to the minute we drove away with our new CX9, she was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Even though she is fairly new at the job, she was very quick to answer every question, even if it required a little research, and to demonstrate the features of the vehicle. We were very impressed. Rob Sansonia was also very personal and provided answers to various questions. Joel Bender was very thorough during the final process. The only reason I ranked “Quality of Work” as 4 stars was that when our vehicle was first presented to us it appeared to have dirt and dings around the outside of the SUV. They promptly sent it in for detailing and it came out looking fine. I am rating the price as 4 stars because I was offered exactly the price that was listed on USAA Car Buying certificate and there was no negotiation. I could be wrong, but I have been told by several people that you “should” be able to negotiate a price lower than wat is on the certificate. This was still an overall exceptional experience! More

"Great Experience" My wife was driving a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L AWD, but wanted to get something with a little more room. So I lined up the usual suspects, Ford, Chevy, GM My wife was driving a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L AWD, but wanted to get something with a little more room. So I lined up the usual suspects, Ford, Chevy, GMC, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. Well she loves her imports, so the domestics were out of the running. I also encouraged her to consider a few in the luxury line up like, Audi, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. Well, she didn't want to spend that much money. She mentioned looking at Mazda, but we didn't know much about their vehicles, so we did some research. We were immediately impressed with the favorable reviews from owners and professionals. We were interested in the CX-9, so we stopped by the dealership and met Ellis Nichols in the sales department, where he gave us a crash course on the CX-9. He is awesome, he understood we will still researching and comparing other vehicles and made sure we had plenty of information on the CX-9. We did eventually buy a CX-9 Signature, which in my opinion is just as nice or better than many in the so called luxury line, but 15K less. Ellis really came through for us, he is professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Ellis with the help of his manager Rob Sansonla, not only made our purchase process painless, they actually made it fun. The entire staff that we met appeared happy and seemed to enjoy being at work. While we were waiting for our turn to do the financing, we notice Rob going around to everyone thanking them for their hard work. The Finance Manager, Joel Bender, was fantastic. He explained every detail in terms that we understood, which is saying a lot in my case. He is energetic and seems to really strive to make customers feel welcome, important, and valued. It was a pleasure to spend 40K in this dealership and I'm sure we'll do it again. More

Ronald Maxwell answered questions I had truthfully based on the research I gathered. Mr. Joel celebrated my selection and helped me select a maintenance package that fit my budget. I recommend the dealership to others. More
Great Until You Pay I purchased a used F-150 here. Overall the price seemed pretty fair and I was happy with my initial purchase. Unfortunately, after this place sells you a vehicle, the customer service stops. After 4 months of driving the truck, I had a flat tire so went to change my tire. This is when I discovered that there was no jack or tire iron included (I definitely didn't think to check this before purchasing). As luck would have it, this happened on a weekend night and lead to quite the miserable night getting roadside service. Anyways, I reported the lack of jack to a service rep as I had to bring my truck in for a rear camera that wasn't working properly. My intention was to talk to sales about the lack of tire changing equipment, but our service rep said she would take care of it. I want to be up front. Our service rep was very friendly and apologetic about the answer that sales had given her. I can't fault her at all. She was told that since I made the claim 4 months after the purchase, they claimed no liability as they had no way to verify what happened to the equipment. Yup, they caught met. I spent nearly $30,000 to try get a $100 back 4 months after the purchase. Personally, I take offense to them insinuating that I would try make false claims. Not including gear to change a flat tire could be a serious safety issue or liability but I won't try push legal issues against this dealership. Instead I will never purchase from this dealership or any other Sandy Sansing dealership again. And I will make a point to tell all of my military coworkers of the total lack of respect I was given. After they get your money, don't expect any respect or service. I would give this dealership 1 star, but again the rep in the service department was very friendly. She apologized for sales insinuating that I was trying to pull some trick and even recommended a couple used car parts places to try buy required equipment. Unfortunately for her, she works for a terrible company. More
