Never thought I would return for Deal #2 in less than 24 h Well, Joel Bender and John Nowak did it again! We bought a 2018 Mazda CR-5 on Dec 10. So, as already mentioned in my review one day ago, we returned to John Nowak and Joel Bender to consult them. Both of them turned this "Lemon" (yes, pun with respect to OLD car fully intended) of a situation into sweet lemonade for us in a matter of just a couple of hours. Joel helped me through the finance part and it was obvious that he loved his job. He was able to connect with me on a personal level and made financing easy and quick.
