Great experience at Sandy Sansing Mazda I had a great experience leasing my new CX-5 with Kaleb. Mike did an awesome job communicating my needs before I came in and Kaleb took great care of I had a great experience leasing my new CX-5 with Kaleb. Mike did an awesome job communicating my needs before I came in and Kaleb took great care of me. He worked to land me in the perfect vehicle in my budget and made the experience smooth and efficient. Mike is an excellent GM that made me feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of. Joel made the financial piece quick and easy. Kaleb is a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. Employees have the wrong title! I recently purchased a used car from Sandy Sansing Mazda. I was helped by the “Sales Professional” Myca Martin. For this lady I would say that is an I recently purchased a used car from Sandy Sansing Mazda. I was helped by the “Sales Professional” Myca Martin. For this lady I would say that is an insult. For the work she did her title should be “Customer Service Specialist”! I’m 1 hour away from this dealer. So I didn’t want to waste my time from just looking at cars online. I called the dealer only to get voicemail, and I think I just hung up. The next day I received a call from Myca asking if she could help. She volunteered to text me photos of the car. I decided to go for a test drive on Saturday. They had just gotten the car so it had not been detailed, so when I pulled up I saw Myca cleaning it. Before we even started talking much, she told me they (the dealer) wanted to put new tires on the car before they sold it. Long story made short... I purchased the car, but I wanted to get the windows tinted and asked if they could recommend someone. She did and then offered to take the car and have it done since they would need to have the car to be detailed. There was also an active recall on the car and she offered to take it to the Ford dealer and have the recall item handled. The next thing I have to say for this dealer... was with the financial/warranty portion of the transaction. I had come to test drive the car and had plans for later in the evening. I explained to Myca that I needed to get out because of my other plans. She let Joel know the and he did everything in his power to make the legal process as fast as possible. So here is the moral of the story... I could have purchased a car just like this one online (I was looking at Vroom and Carvana). I probably could have gotten it slightly cheaper also. But thanks to the customer service level of Myca and Joel, it would be hard for me to buy somewhere else. As for the title Sales Professional... they didn’t “sell” me anything, I knew what I wanted when I walked in. As fo Customer Service, they went above and beyond what I expected. More

I've had my car for a few weeks now and I'm still in love with it. I told him what I was looking for and he had it pulled up and ready to test out when we got there. This was my first time buying a car and he really made an experience that most people would call stressful, easy and enjoyable! Joel was also great! Super personable and so funny! He explained all the paperwork we were signing in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. We also interacted with James a little bit, he was nice but a little hard to understand. He spoke very fast and tried to put me in a car I didn't really want. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I will always recommend people to Paul for car buying. Thank you again! More

Chris, thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to meet with us and listen to a concern that we had. After talking with you in person and reading your email, our concern was addressed. It is wonderful to be able to talk with someone and feel that they are listening and care, and are looking for a solution. I cannot tell you how much stress I have felt leave me knowing you folks are there if something does come up. We have talked with many folks at the dealership from Kayla in sales, Chris in management, Joel in finance, and even the parts guy and I commented to him how we felt there is a family atmosphere here at the dealership.
