ANOTHER GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE AT SANDY SANSING MAZDA! I had purchased a vehicle here almost 3 years ago, and hit the 100k mile mark so I contacted Sansing Mazda via email to see about purchasing something I had purchased a vehicle here almost 3 years ago, and hit the 100k mile mark so I contacted Sansing Mazda via email to see about purchasing something newer. A woman named Asia who was extremely nice and personable had contacted me, and she connected me with Demarcus Horne. I hit the jackpot with him - this was absolutely the best sales experience that I have ever had. I am in the car business, so I know all of the ins and outs, and I can honestly say that I was blown away by this mans integrity. I had a budget set, and let him know exactly where I was at and also requested that my credit not be pulled numerous times. I had also requested that whatever I bought, I wanted full extended warranty and GAP, and I needed the EXACT monthly payment so there were no surprises in finance when the deal was being finalized. Please understand that my deal was not the easiest due to negative equity, but when they say "Sandy Sansing Can," they MEAN IT. Demarcus listened to and went above and beyond to give me everything I had asked for. From there, Chris Hall, Demarcus' manager worked his magic, and made the deal happen. Chris really worked hard to get my deal done that same day, and I am very appreciative for the effort he put in. We landed on a 2017 Toyota Prius with only 15k miles, and completely loaded out. At this point I couldn't be happier, and was on my way into Tres, the finance managers office. Tres did an outstanding job going through all of the extended warranty policies with me, and he was even able to get me the BEST Platinum package available - all with staying within my budget! Tres had a great personality and really made me feel comfortable through the dreaded "signing of the paperwork" process. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience. Cash Customer waits over 2 hours with promise of detailing This dealership, with the exception of a couple of women who tried to help, is so poorly run that you would have to be into just wasting time to go th This dealership, with the exception of a couple of women who tried to help, is so poorly run that you would have to be into just wasting time to go there. Even if you already did all the paperwork and brought them cash for a car that you were told would be ready. The fact that there were no other customers for the first hour and employees seemed to be just playing with their phones. The salesman that was waiting on my friend and I just up and left and took a woman for a test drive while we were still waiting the second hour for the car that was supposed to be detailed. The salesman never told us that he was leaving....we just saw him leave. He had not returned yet when we got the car keys to the "detailed " car ….which had gum stuck in the drink holder and what looked like dog hair all over under the hatch in the back. A young lady that works there took it back to the cleaning area and when it came back it was better but never would I ever call that a detailed car. Unfortunately this time it had a scratch on the driver side near the back. Not good employees! More

We talked and texted over several days until we could set up a time to test drive her new vehicle. He was so kind to offer to bring the vehicle to us. We were able to come in a day before his scheduled delivery of the vehicle to our location. He made the whole car buying experience very easy and at no point was he ever "pushy". He was very understanding with any questions that we had and he was an absolute joy to work with. We loved working with Demarcus and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase to a vehicle.
