I bought a nice used truck drove it off the lot. 2 miles down the road the brake started squealing and grinding in reverse.took it back they basically told me they inspected them and they were within 2 miles down the road the brake started squealing and grinding in reverse.took it back they basically told me they inspected them and they were within specs. So I pulled front wheel to find brakes were worn down to the metal on the back also.They said they were not going to fix it.very poor customer service and I would shy away from these peaple. The brakes cost me $43.00 for the set on front and the same amount on the back. I gave them one star only because it a nice truck.I really thought that there service department was better than this.I Own a mechanic business for 30 years and would never allow one of my customers to leave with a unsafe vehicle.the amount of money to replace these brakes is minimal compared to safety and good customer service. I have a Durango less then 4 months old that the check engine light came on because of a problem with the EVAP purge solenoid which probably explains why I only get 15 miles per gallon. Getting it into the shop for repair has turned into a nightmare. They expect me to drop the car of for the day but offering no help whatsoever with a loaner. I live in Pensacola, 30 minutes from the dealership and have no other transportation. WHY should I have to pay for a rental car if I just bought a brand new car from this dealership? So they also sold me a bunch of extra warranty that does me no good if I can't get the car into the shop. So I called the dealership in Pensacola and they can't get me in until June. I'm leaving for Tampa in May. I get to drive a new car that i cant trust right now and hope I don't get stranded on the way. Did I mention that the car also has a recall? Something about something that might come loose from the back and possibly injuring the driver driving behind me. GREAT JOB dodge. More
I'm so impressed with this dealership. I already had picked out the vehicle I wanted on their website and then made an appointment to buy the Durango. I had a bad experience in the past with buying a vehicle so I was not looking forward to this appointment but I needed a new car. When I arrived I was late by 2 hours. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted very friendly and shown to Mr. Parker's (who I had an appointment with) desk. Jackie Parker was so friendly and caring (not that fake friendly salespersons often gives). The entire time he did everything he could to have me in and out as quickly as possible but took all the time needed to answer my many questions and to explain all my car's features to me. Mr. Michael O'Brien helped me to find a better finance rate than what I already had. He then explained in detail everything I was signing and explained the different add-on options that were available to me and helped me make a good choice. Not once did I feel like something was being pushed on me. For the first time, I left a dealership feeling very good about the entire sales process. More
This started out like a great deal working with Sage,thats where it ended these people lie like breathing air,made and appt. Was told that was a drop off time oh yhey asked if i wanted to wait glad i didnt would have been there all day for nothing, then was told nothing they where going to do would be covered under the bumper to bumper warrenty, when it was sold to me everything was covered. I will never buy another thing form these theives and liars. More
A little communication goes a long way”I scheduled an appointment to bring my Jeep Wrangler in for the diagnosis and repair of a problem with the ignition system. I had to wait several weeks for my appointment date and time. I brought in my vehicle and dropped it off by 8am on a Tuesday morning as instructed. The Service Representative said that I would be contacted later that afternoon. I called the Service Department at 4pm that day and was told my Service Rep was busy but would call me back. I did not receive a call back that day. I called again on Wednesday at around 11am to get a status update on my Jeep. I was told my Service Rep was again “busy” but they had my Jeep in the back and were diagnosing the problem. I was told I would get a call back. It is now Friday mid-morning and I still have not received a call back on the repair status on my Jeep. It would be great to hear from Sandy Sansing Jeep about the status of my vehicle. More
