I was met at the front door by Steve (Sales) who was expecting me and we had a short discussion about the type of truck I was interested in. We walked out to the lot and thirty minutes later I found m expecting me and we had a short discussion about the type of truck I was interested in. We walked out to the lot and thirty minutes later I found my truck! Steve was very patient and I could just tell that he loves his job by the way he seemed excited by my choice! For some reason which I can’t explain I felt like a child waking up on Christmas morning. Steve’s diligent and highly professional manner in which he processed the paperwork was outstanding! I also gained a friend that afternoon! For the record , everyone there was truly an asset to the organization in which they went about their work, from finance to the supervisors and the guy that detailed my new Ram 1500! My recent purchase of Jeep Gladiator was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have Made. Found the vehicle on line and used the chat feature and almost immediately a salesman responded I asked him easiest vehicle purchases I have Made. When we arrived they had the vehicle ready and almost all the paperwork done.
