Eight weeks to complete repairs is unacceptable. * It took a week for the mechanic to even look at my vehicle in order to see what the problem was. * He determined it needed a part, to be ordered. * It took a week for the mechanic to even look at my vehicle in order to see what the problem was. * He determined it needed a part, to be ordered. *”Needed part is on back order, should arrive within 11 days.” *”No loaner vehicles available, dealership only has six and all six have been out for a long time!” * Part finally arrived after 6 weeks in shop, did not fix the problem. *“Battery will not hold a charge, new battery needed.” * Still need another part, part was ordered. * $2400.00 and 8 weeks later I finally got my vehicle back home! Employees are friendly and efficient. I am not accustomed to taking a vehicle to the garage as my husband (deceased) made arrangements for auto care. They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my battery died because they didn't disconnect it and they charged me $40 to take out my old battery and put in the new one that I brought to them. So I was supposed to be getting a free service but ended up paying them when I shouldn't have. They fixed the part on my car but charged me for something that was there fault. So I guess just make sure there treating you right. This was just my first experience with them. More
