Employees are friendly and efficient. I am not accustomed to taking a vehicle to the garage as my husband (deceased) made arrangements for auto care. They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my battery died because they didn't disconnect it and they charged me $40 to take out my old battery and put in the new one that I brought to them. So I was supposed to be getting a free service but ended up paying them when I shouldn't have. They fixed the part on my car but charged me for something that was there fault. So I guess just make sure there treating you right. This was just my first experience with them. More
Chris Glover, Scott Wells, Brian McCurdy are the most lying, dishonest and deceitful people I have ever worked with. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. There are short on staff they can’t get parts and they can’t make your vehicle prio with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. My vehicle is been in the shop for 10 months in the past 2 1/2 years I was told today there’s a lot of vehicles that have been in service for longer than mine like I should be comforted that my vehicle is only been in for three months this last time and they will get around to it More
