If 0 stars were possible. I purchased a BRAND NEW 2016 ram. Paid full price, purchased warranty and put down about $5000 cash. Less than 3 months after purchasing my truck, tra I purchased a BRAND NEW 2016 ram. Paid full price, purchased warranty and put down about $5000 cash. Less than 3 months after purchasing my truck, transmission fluid started leaking. According to the dealership, there is a hole in the plastic transmission pan right above the cross joints. I have completely babied this truck and have not taken off roaring, or done anything to cause the damage. Milton dodge informed me this was not covered by warranty. They didn't even offer to cover the labor fee but instead are charging me full price for the repair. If I have my truck repaired at another shop, (for probably half of the price) the manufacturers warranty will be voided. This is highway robbery. This dealership does not honor their product and instead, sells faulty vehicles and then profits for repairing them. Worst service I have ever experienced by far. I had to file an insurance claim and pay deductible to fix a truck with less than 1000 miles. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. At least at Milton Chevy, when warranty won't cover something on a brand new vehicle the dealership will do their best to correct the issue. Milton dodge is a joke, and this will eventually catch up to them. I have already contacted a small claims attorney. More

Thankfully we have a trusted mechanic checking out my car issues and giving us an estimate based on true problems. Can't wait to compare to Milton Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department paperwork. Would give 0 stars or less if possible. More

Horrible "almost" oil change! 8:30 appointment for oil change. Went to breakfast and returned at 10:30. Truck had not been touched. Service writer said I'm next and "should have 8:30 appointment for oil change. Went to breakfast and returned at 10:30. Truck had not been touched. What a suckey dealership. By the way, I've spent 120+ thousand dollars on truck purchases in the last 5 years and could never make a deal with Milton Dodge. More

As I write this I an sitting waiting for my car which should of been done an hour ago. When I asked when it would be done. I was told an hour. Which was what I was told 3 hours before. We bought a car that after taking it to a dealer here because the convertible top did not go down, they found the car had water damage and several other things that were wrong with it. The plugs had been taken out to drain water from the car. There was obvious water damage. When they called Milton Chrysler, they were told basically to pound sand and the person on the other end of the phone while covering the receiver said to another person "what do they expect when they buy a piece of sh**". Nice, very nice. These people should not be in business. I don't know how they can sleep at night. So, if you are thinking of buying a used car, DO NOT GO TO MILTON CHRYSLER, 6348 US-90, Milton, FL 32570. This company is the reason that people do not trust salesmen. More

Services in the past have been lengthy here (over an hour for a basic oil change) but things have taken a much worse turn as of late. Went to the dealership around 5:15pm on Saturday (they close at six) and talked to Steve about a 2010 Ram . Decided I would get the vehicle. I was trading in my Jeep which was paid off. Talked to the General Sales manger and Steve who gave me a offer. which I accepted More importantly we shook hand's and had a verbal agreement between parties (Growing up, that still meant something). Not at this dealership. I was told come back at 8am on Monday and we could finish the transaction. I arrive at 8am (Posterd hours state open at 8am) sharp on Monday. As I am am giving Steve my loan information he tells me the truck just sold. Its 8:05, It was sold by Mr Grise ( I use misterloosely). I tell Mr Grise, I had a verbal and written agreement (not signed, thought the hand shake was good enough) he tells me the dealership does not have to honor a hand shake or their word. Steve did nothing to intervene or help. The General Sales Manger said he would give me a call back after talking to the owner that same day (never happened). It's clear the dealership does not act in good faith. They called the other buyer to tell him someone else was interested (no one goes at 7:15am on Monday) and he should come up and close the deal. If this dealership would be so deceitful to make a couple extra bucks no telling what other corners they will cut. If you would like a dealership that does not stand by there word this is the one for you. Otherwise, go to Pensacola or somewhere a little more honest. A Footnote, at no time was I told there were other parties coming up. I was told it would be here Monday Morning. Absolute the worst dealership. More
