I scheduled an appointment because I was hearing a rattling/ clinking sound under the vehicle every time we would get in the vehicle or go over some bumps. I was charged $97.50 for them saying they re rattling/ clinking sound under the vehicle every time we would get in the vehicle or go over some bumps. I was charged $97.50 for them saying they removed fasteners and adjusted heat shield and properly fasten the heat shield back into place so that there is no more Rattling/ clinking sound. When I finally got my got my vehicle back after a lot of poor communication from the service department. The vehicle still makes the same sound. More

Dear Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving an ongoing issue regarding the reimbursement check of $365.00 for the Portfolio Theft coverage th well. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving an ongoing issue regarding the reimbursement check of $365.00 for the Portfolio Theft coverage that remained on the contract. Despite submitting a review and multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received the check. Scott Wells has informed me twice that the check was cut and should arrive by Friday. I understand he may be busy, but I’ve yet to receive any updates via phone or email, and the check still hasn’t arrived. It’s been nearly a month since I purchased the Jeep on July 14th, and I’m disappointed by the delay and lack of communication. For context, this Spring we had our BMW X5 serviced at Sandy Sansing BMW, and the experience was excellent. Our initial experience at Sandy Sansing CDJR also started off very positively, thanks to Erik Blazon. He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of—from facilitating multiple test drives to quickly handling paperwork and even covering the cost of a second key. His efforts truly stood out and made the process enjoyable. Unfortunately, the unresolved reimbursement issue has overshadowed what began as a 5-star experience. I genuinely hope this can be corrected so that my overall impression reflects the great service Erik provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Waiting over 2 hours to get in to see Scott. July 15th Reviewed Paperwork and found Portfolio Theft was left on transaction for $365.00. Called Scott Wells and left a message to remove it. No return call! July 16th - Picked up Jeep - need running boards installed. Scott saw me and said he would cut me a check and send it in the mail, July 25th - No check so called, and the receptionist took my info and gave Scott the message and was going to have him call me back. No return call! July 26th - Called and left Scott a message. No return call. 7/28th - Called the receptionist and left a message for Manager or Scott to call me back. Scott returned my call and said I would have the check by Friday. The owner was out of the office so he couldn't sign the check. Aug 3rd - Still no check so I will have to keep calling until this gets resolved! Aug 4th - Called and left Scott a message about the check. No return call! Aug 4th- Called to talk to the manager and receptionist and she passed me to Accounting Tammy in Pensacola. I left her a message to call me back. No return call. More
