I am livid. We bought our car just a week ago and now it won't even start. Steve Johnson worked out what we thought was a deal, but I would have never came here if I had known that they would put us in a car with issues. The day after we drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. The dealership offered to look at it the following Friday, but after dropping off the car and paying for an Uber, it sat at the mechanic for 8 hours and all they did was lift the hood. Johnson and the mechanic can't give a straightforward answer as to when and how our car can be fixed. We've called over and over and no one has answers. The last time my husband managed to get a hold of Johnson, he snapped at us over the phone while claiming to be with another customer. We wouldn't keep calling if someone can just give us answers. I can't even get them to email me the finance information. There's no reason for our car to not start and I'm having a hard time understanding why something like this could remotely be our fault or responsibility when we've had the car for less than a week. This is absolutely ridiculous and they're good at sending people to voice mail. So don't come here if you want to be their next victim. More
Paid over 1000 for abs work and did not fix the issue. They had it for 2 days did not do 1/2 the job and with in 50 mile the abs light cam back on. Customer service was good and my service advisor was able to keep the final repair the same as the estimate. The only downside was the “personal consumer portal link” was inaccurate and caused me to call ser to keep the final repair the same as the estimate. Finally, the smallest issue I had was the trim panels not correctly reinstalled. More
Horrible service department! !! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adj !! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adjusted. xxx? The adviser told me it would be $1388.00 plus tax to install a new headlamp assembly for both sides. She said the parts department said the bulbs were no longer available and the aftermarket bulbs I had are causing the problem. I stopped at the local shop that does my maintenance and they made the adjustment while I waited, at no charge. The tech said he didn’t understand why the dealer couldn’t do it. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer but they have lost my business forever. More

Eight weeks to complete repairs is unacceptable. * It took a week for the mechanic to even look at my vehicle in order to see what the problem was. * He determined it needed a part, to be ordered. * It took a week for the mechanic to even look at my vehicle in order to see what the problem was. * He determined it needed a part, to be ordered. *”Needed part is on back order, should arrive within 11 days.” *”No loaner vehicles available, dealership only has six and all six have been out for a long time!” * Part finally arrived after 6 weeks in shop, did not fix the problem. *“Battery will not hold a charge, new battery needed.” * Still need another part, part was ordered. * $2400.00 and 8 weeks later I finally got my vehicle back home! This dealership is a complete scam artist and you should avoid at all cost More
